Worst experience EVER! They were completely sold out of donuts.... Krispy Kreme literally does one thing! Coffee maker was broken, slushies were "gone" One employee was doing everything while 6 others just stood around. The Manager had her kids in the dining room and they were screaming. We had to wait 30 minutes for donuts. I was playing with the Manager's kids when an employee yelled from behind the counter "what are you here for and to stop whatever I was doing" Not my kids. He continued to yell at me and even tried to follow me out. The Manager was SUPER unprofessional wearing a tank top and having her kids there in the first place. The dining room was disgusting with McDonald's every where. It was a terrible experience! NEVER going back again. Zero stars!!👎👎👎

I have tried twice to get donuts from here. The first time they were out of glazed and the second time they had a sign out saying they weren’t going to open until 8:30. We even tried to call ahead. If you are going to have different hours then maybe you should have a message on your phone stating that.

Tried to stop by this morning and there was a sign on the door that they were closed because they had no product. I keep going back every few months, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, nothing seems to be changing here.

You have one job people!! I went to this location and if they had a full dozen donuts in the case it would have been a miracle. So disappointed.

I would recommend finding another place. It is not worth it.

I am extremely dissappointed in the Valentines donuts. They advertise beautiful heart shaped donuts with colored icing neatly outlined in white with converstaion candy sayings on them. What I got was a dozen messy colored donuts with no neat white outline and only 2 of them had sayings on them. For $15 a box I expect higher quality.

It's been awhile since we tried Krispy Kreme. We stopped going to Riverdale when they were unexpectedly closed multiple times last year and earlier this year. Today they were open and we ordered 1 dozen original glazed in the drive thru. Once we got home and opened the box we knew something changed or something was wrong. The color was different and they aren't the Krispy Kreme we were used to. I hope the recipe didn't change. These were a disappointment for $16.

We paid for 3 doz donuts 3 days early for a birthday party. They said our pickup time was 7:45pm. They called us at 7:35pm (when we’re we’re almost there to pick up) to let us know they had sold our donuts we paid for and they did not have anymore. We had to scramble to figure out something else. What is the point of online order and pre paying if they are going to sale the donuts we had already paid for 3 days prior?? They need to get it together with they’re online ordering. Why not make our order and set it aside so it’s ready for the pickup time THEY gave us? If we would have known they would sale them we would have came earlier to get them. Makes absolutely no sense.

Wanted to go before work and was in a hurry and the drive thru was closed. Very disappointing. Who does that. There menue is way over priced. Way to much money.

The two attempts to pick up donuts have resulted in only the drive through access and no service. I'd suggest going elsewhere.
