Update: because I left this place a negative review the owner, Rob Hibl decided to send me a message direct on Facebook.
He wrote “Btw I got your 2$ If you wanna meet em”
Not sure if he meant to say me instead of em and perhaps he’s trying to entice me to a public fight? He also sent me an email direct through my personal site (he must have nothing better else to do than research me) and said I should “be careful in the hood”. Obviously a direct threat of violence. It’s a prime example as to the lack of maturity this place has and shows that the owners would rather silence honest reviews than listen to constructive criticism.
This is my original unedited and honest review -
For a place that roast their own you’d think they’d have espresso that is dialed in but nope. Very bitter and acidic.

Love the Grilled Cheese and Pesto Panini with morning coffee

They're mostly recovered from past problems, but they still only offer coffee in disposable paper cups rather glass mugs. They used to have nice ones.

Might be good coffee, but when you're waiting in a pick up line for a plain drip coffee that somehow got scheduled for 40 minutes after you placed it and you're making eye contact with employees that refuse to even acknowledge you, then maybe it won't taste as good as you think.

Seriously I can get better coffee at 7-11. Came in for some "Peru Dark" drip, I absolutely love dark roasts and am always looking for something unique. When served I noticed it looked a little watery, but went ahead and added my cream. Unfortunately it tasted just like it looked: coffee flavored hot water. I took it back for a different dark roast. The blonde barista was rood and basically threw the refilled cup back at me saying nothing. Guess what? Watery awful tasting drip coffee.

Great coffee, food and atmosphere. I get a turkey breakfast burrito. The only drawback is the time it takes to get your food.

Breakfast sandwiches are giant and delicious, one of the only spots in Park City that opens early for pre ski brew and breakfast. In house roasted coffee and very perky staff.
