Park City Coffee Roaster

I live in Park City, and honestly this is one of the worst coffee shops I have been too. Everytime I go in, I get terrible customer service, and have to deal with incredibly rude staff. They don’t pay attention to your order. I have been served the wrong drink/food numerous times. If your waiting for food THEY WILL NEVER BRING IT TO YOU. You have to be waiting or they will just leave it up at the front.

Just because PC/Newpark doesn’t have a lot of coffee shops does not mean you should go to this one.

I highly suggest management looks into their staff, and how they run their shop.

dont know what id do without this place! i study here all the time! the staff is super nice and lets me post up and do all my school work here as long as i need. great coffee with low prices, and great food.

Great cold brew and top-notch beans.

I never write bad reviews, but I hate going to this place. It's very close to our office so I end up having to from time to time and yet, I have never left without feeling extremely frustrated. It's not so much the long (long) lines, or the vaguely contemptuous attitude of the staff; it's that five times in a row they have forgotten the breakfast food item I ordered.

It's not even anything huge they have to do to make things better, just pay attention to the customers. If you forgot their order, that's FINE, but when it IS ready, TELL THEM, don't just chuck it onto the register and walk away while they're at the other end of the counter, clueless. You've already got a frustrated patron, go the "extra mile" of making sure they know when you've made it right. I put extra mile in quotes because making sure your customers get their orders is sort of a minimum standard.

I get so frustrated going there I think I'm just gonna bail from now on and use the Starbuck's in Smith's across the street.

Everything I want in a coffee shop AND MORE. Wish I could make a clone of this place in every city I visit. I only tried the fresh brewed medium and light coffee and I liked the light better. Definitely don’t miss out on coming here if you get the chance!!

Nice people, good food, good coffee :) the steel cut oatmeal is especially tastey as is the breakfast sandwhich. One thing to keep in mind if you bike there - there are no bike racks, but pretty much everyone locks their tire to the frame and leans it against the fence :)

Coffee is always fresh, service is always friendly. Love going here to work for an hour or just grab a quick cup. Wifi is great too!

Always delicious food. Great service. And they always remember your name. Greeting with such a huge smile and warm welcome. Love it here. Food and drinks and coffee all amazing!
