Really good coffee/espresso drinks! Not sugary/overly sweet at all! Try the Great Salt Lake! Breakfast sandwiches are made to order (so it does take about 5 or so minutes)--get one! They are very delicious!

I enjoyed the avalanche latte I got here. Wasnt too sweet.

Nice people, fun friendly atmosphere, mediocre coffee. I always take my coffee black so I can't tell you how their other drinks taste. But I've been here twice now and ordered a regular black coffee and a espresso, both were bitter and burnt. Hope they can make it better next time because I really do enjoy the shop otherwise. Plus they have good breakfast burritos.

Really great coffee. Whenever my boss is in town we start here to get everything off on the right foot. It’s usually pretty packed when I come, it the line moves quickly and everyone is pretty cool about it inside. They’ve got a great clientele as well.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful; the coffee is good; the ambiance is relaxed, with plenty of seating inside and outside. I would go there more often, but Starbucks and Hugo's are less expensive, and much of the Park City Coffee Roaster menu is a mystery. And they seem resistant to suggestions that they describe their offerings on their print menu or menu board. You have to ask if you want to know details about many of the coffee drinks and food items.
EDIT: The owner asked what one area they could improve for a 5-star rating, and they have already done it! The menu is no longer a mystery as they have a new digital sign board with more detailed descriptions of menu items. They also expanded the interior space so there is even more seating, including a nice sunny area. Five stars!

Review updated to 5 stars after the owner reached out to me thanking me for the review even when I just gave 4 stars originally. You can tell that customer satisfaction is an important aspect of this business. Several were gathered here for meetings both personal and professional. The staff are laid back and did not pressure people to order something to use their shop.

Best gluten-free bakery I’ve ever eaten at! Great vegan options too! 😍

One of my favorite beans. If you buy beans in store, you get a free chip of coffee. The beans are super fresh.

Great coffee, nice staff! Highly recommend the 50/50 chai mix. Beware when going inside that they do have limited indoor seating available so people will be drinking/eating with masks off.

Great overall, surprisingly good staff, long waits is evidence of quality and popularity(they move around and work fast), decor deserves a touch up and re arrange to better represent the place, wish they’d open up another location, fantastic overall and so many options
