Gluten-free options are hard to come by when it comes to food and Roll-Up has made it so convenient! My wife has had celiac for most of her life and loves going here. Decent takeout times and wonderful employees. Recommend to anyone needing a savory or sweet meal đź‘Ť

I won’t go back to this place. Lately they have been using rotten bananas for their crepes. My husband picked up our order to go and I found the crepe tasting bitter and when I opened the crape to investigate what was it, all the bananas were brown!! This isn’t the first time I found a strange flavor on my crepe and after today, I am afraid to get sick.

Dang dude. I hate to be giving this review, but it’s getting kinda ridiculous. Around December 2021, I started coming here with my gf and we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff, and the crepes! We started going regularly enough that the girls working there recognized us and knew our order before we asked for it. It’s one of the only places in Provo that’s open late, so that was great too.
Then, around May 2022, the staff all got switched out and none of the new people are as cool or helpful as the ones before. The new staff started skimping on the Nutella, there’s a new ordering system that works worse than the buzzer one from before, and worst of all it takes legit 45 minutes to make one crepe :( I literally timed it. Sad to see a place that was so rad become so bad

They have great crepes if you drop in. However, I WOULD NOT cater with them. I sent in a request months ago, cancelled it due to not hearing back after a month. It's weeks before my wedding and they left a voicemail about setting up catering... That's a bit concerning considering I tried to set it up months ago and cancelled months ago as well.
TLDR: good for a date, not for catering

They have the best crepes ever! Savory or sweet! Their Nutella shake is on point. And they have this pineapple soda that's to die for that you can't get anywhere else.
The customer service is amazing as well. If you haven't been here, you need to go! It's worth it. The prices aren't even that bad. Surprisingly affordable for how good it is!

The food here is really good - the dinner crepes are especially filling as well. You can tell the management isn't the best, the place seemed really disorganized and it seemed like the workers were just running around not knowing what to do. It's a shame because I think the place could be a lot better if you could tell that the workers were trained and taken care of. They made me a really good blind date though! I've had most of the things there and this blind date was definitely the best one yet.

What a great idea! The savory crepes, particularly the curry, is phenomenal. All dessert crepes are good. Some are a little too sugary. Ask them to dial it down. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend.

The food was great. That atmosphere was good. Nice and clean. Glad we took a chance on it. Not loving they’re on board with the counter service tipping and pre-tipping given that proper tipping when justified comes after the completion of service. Also, our interaction with staff was basically zero since we place our own orders at kiosks, pick up our own food left on the counter when buzzed, and buss our own tables. Sure they had a tip jar so you could cash tip as you wanted but I’m wondering what additional service was provided that would warrant a tip let alone pre-tipping. That really was the only reason for the loss of a star. Felt like a pressure tactic.

I was surprised to see that they had a savory crepe; kudos

The food was good. Not great. I would go back
