Great! Super cute! Went here on a date great price and good crepes! Wasn't a long wait. They also seem to do karaoke night so definitely going back!

I want to start this off by saying that I never leave reviews, but my experience here definitely bothered me enough to take the time to do so. Went here on 7/12/21 around 11:30 p.m. Waited 5-10 minutes without being acknowledged by the girl behind the counter even though there were no people in line. Someone walked in 10 minutes after us and she immediately turned around, looked past us when it was obvious we were in front of him, and asked him what she could get him. We had to ask if we should just order on the screens and she responded with an attitude. Terrible service on her part. We were just waiting quietly to order. I’m only giving 2 stars because the guy who was working with her was very pleasant and made us delicious crepes. I would suggest hiring people like him, who aren’t so blatantly rude.

Great crepes. Ordering is done on a iPad at the counter. They were still busy at 11 pm, so be ready for a wait, but it’s a great atmosphere to wait in.

Perhaps we just go the wrong crepes, but we were very disappointed. The crepes themselves seemed to be taken from premade package and then slightly heated. The snickerdoodle crepe turned out to just be old snickerdoodles crumpled on top of the packaged crepe with a scoop of ice-cream in the middle, slight drizzled with cheap caramel. It was cold and dry and overly sweet and WAY too expensive for what it was. Wish I could get my money back.

I used to love this place back when it was at its old location; I even worked there back in the day. Today I decided to try out the new location. As far as looks, the new location is gorgeous. I had high hopes and was excited to be back and bring my husband.

The place wasn’t busy, and there was no line and there were more than four employees. We order two dessert crepes and sat down and waited for them for nearly 20 minutes. We sat and watched the employees sit around and talk and joke and had no urgency to start making our food. I remember when I worked here it should never take more than 5 minutes to get a dessert crepe out, and that’s when it’s packed. The location may be an upgrade, but the staff is deplorable. Not coming back.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Roll Up for years. They’ve always had yummy crepes that were stuffed generously. The new location is quite the improvement, the service and the crepes certainly are not. The bananas were soggy, not fresh, they barely put any mousse and Nutella on, pretty dry overall. Our savory crepe wasn’t much better, way dry, barely any flavor. Staff wasn’t friendly. We left Roll-Up still craving crepes because what we had didn’t actually seem like crepes. They could still be good if they weren’t so stingy with their ingredients, it just seems like they’re trying to save money to pay for their new building. I’m sad to say, but I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon. So sad because their crepes were the best 😢

My girlfriend and I finally decided to go after passing by so many times before. It was 11:00 am and the front door was unlocked. I say this because no one was inside. Not an employee or anyone (they open around 10:30). We were confused and shocked and waited around for half an hour. We were close to giving up and leaving when a manager finally came in.

He was as surprised as we were that his employee wasn't in. After apologizing and also thanking us for not stealing anything he asked what he could make for us. I ordered a sweet crepe and coffee, which to my surprise was actually delicious premium coffee. My girlfriend ordered a chicken walnut salad and juice.

Boy was I glad we waited. Not only was the food very good but the manger gave us our food for free. Then to top it off he gave us another crepe to go. I was very impressed by how well we were taken care of by Alex, the manager of this establishment. Food can be good and atmosphere enjoyable, but good customer service will win every time.

This is one of my favorite places to eat, when I'm near the mall. Their gluten free crepes are super delicious and the tomato soup (also gluten free) is the best! The Mr.Wright is my favorite.
I haven't tried a dessert crepe yet, but that's only because I'm so full from a crepe and soup, that I don't have room.
The place is always clean, the girls behind the counter are really nice and it's just a really cute place to grab a bite.

Delicious sweet and savory crepes. Good price for the size of the crepes. You should come and try them.

Customer service was lacking. They don’t turn around to talk to you while they’re making stuff. They also don’t wear professional clothing. One girl was wearing a superhero shirt and they don’t have name tags. They wouldn’t let us buy a side salad alone either so I ordered a sweet crepe and side salad but apparently you can’t do that either. They don’t seem to care about accommodating things like that.

The food was good. I’m not a huge fan of the Nutella mousse which is basically in every sweet crepe. It tastes like there’s a lot of sour cream in it. The brownie bits were too big so you can’t really cut through the crepe (though I do appreciate using actual brownies instead of those dense little bites). Crepes were pretty thick too.

Benches that have plastic on them have the plastic ripping so the cushion exposed is filthy. The rest of the restaurant was decently clean. Though the stage always looks trashy.

We won’t be returning.
