This place is very tasty! I had some pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and chocolate milk! All very, very good! The cinnamon role was awesome and a good price for its size, I didn't even finish it! The service was amazing, they took care of us and had a good sense of humor while doing it. The 3 other missionaries I was with all enjoyed their meals as well and we were well-fueled for the rest of the day full of work!! Overall loved it, had no complaints and I will probably be eating here again!

This place is pretty dang good. I got a double bacon cheese hamburger and a cinnamon roll. Both were also pretty dang good. I forgot our waitresses name but she was very friendly. It's a great atmosphere, there were plenty of families in there as well. The food was really good. Service was very quick. Definitely recommend coming here if it's in the way of where you're headed. Highly recommend 10/10

Our server was Kristi. She was awesome. Food is simple, home cooked food. Delicious. Wife and daughter had the BLT. I had the hamburger steak. All good

I had the best veggie omelette (Picture shows only half of it) this morning! Love the relaxing simple environment and the people at Callieās are always so kind without being clingy nor fake.
I love this placeš

Food was good, portions were good, service was fast and friendly so why the 2 star rating. The lipstick on my wife's cup is what ruined the rating. I thought it was a stain but I took a white napkin and it wiped right off and you could still tell the shade it was. My wife doesn't wear lipstick so it was a dead giveaway it wasn't hers.

We had heard great things, but we're somewhat disappointed by the experience. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday morning but the atmosphere seemed fun. We sat at the bar because it was just the two of us. We both ordered the Freedom HI. The food arrived much faster than expected. The eggs were done to order, the bacon was good, the sausage was good, but the hash browns had barely even touched the griddle (and these are my wife's favorite). This was the most disappointing part of the whole experience; when I asked the waitress if people order the hash browns extra crispy, her response was, "yes, in fact we normally ask people, but when it gets busy, we just try to get food out of the kitchen and on to people's plates". In other words, when it is busy, we compromise on quality... Note to self: if it is busy, don't eat here...

It's been years since I've been in a diner. I've been in lots of places that say they are a diner, but they don't know how to be a diner.
This is the real thing The coffee is good, served in think ceramic cups with perfectly sized handle to feel proper in the hand. You can't go five minutes without someone asking if you need a refill.
The sausage isn't a sweet Jimmy Dean's style. The bacon excellent. Service was great. Everything else was done well to excellent.
This is a place I'd avoided for years because of mediocre experiences back in the day. It's too bad I'd not kept up on them. This is now my go to breakfast place.

I have been a fan of Callieās for as long as I can remember. We decided to eat breakfast before my nephew had to head back to KS. Brother and nephew had a ham steak eggs over med hash browns and one had a pancake instead of toast
I had the sirloin hash browns and two eggs over med. Across the board: eggs were way beyond over med. The has browns were undercooked and the toast cold. All 3 plates were cold. Both ham steaks were very dry and kind of warm. My steak might have passed through a crematorium oven prior to being served. Our waitress never checked back with us, either.
All in all, super disappointing and if there is a next time, Iāll stick to Killers.

I noticed this restaurant across the street in Orem. I think I saw this red sign and passed by it all the time and didn't realize what is was. So today I decided to stop into this nice classic joint called Callie'a Cafe & Sports Bar.
I always judge a lot of breakfast places by what I always like to order but this place has a few extras. I ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs. I upgraded my hashbrowns to their Callie's Killer version and upgraded my side of toast to a french toast with a large glass of orange juice.
The chicken fried steak was the best in the area that I've had. It was also still tender enough that I could just cut it with my fork and didn't need to use the knife. I'll just describe the Callie's Killer hash browns and just let that sink in. Diced onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, sausages, ham, and bacon on a bed of hash browns. Then top it off with cheese and country gravy. As George Takei would say when he saw this place of glorious goodness, "Oh My!!!"
The French toast was great especially with it being topped with powdered sugar, lite creamy butter, and then syrup. This was a great filling meal. I'll have to come back and try more things from their menu.

The service was fantastic! The food is great and there is a lot of it! I couldnāt finish it so I needed a box. I would definitely recommend Callieās for good food and atmosphere, you can carry on a conversation with your friends while you enjoy a great meal.
