Stopped in for lunch today with a party of 6. Orders were for 3 Omelets, 2 Salads and the Ham Steak with eggs breakfast. Employee who seated us was friendly and let us know it would be a few minutes before our server would be with us. I would have expected her to at least take our beverage order for our server but she did not. Our server was pleasant and served our drinks timely. We placed our order and waited. And waited, then waited some more. Finally stopped our server to see where our food was after 45 + minutes. He said it should be next up to be plated. I asked him to double check and he returned apologizing that they had not even started to prepare our food. This was unacceptable and we left to go to another restaurant down the street. I would not waste your time with this place, there are better, service oriented eateries down the block. This was at 1:00pm and there were several empty tables so being busy could not have been the reason.

Felt like I was eating in someone's grandparents house. Menu wasn't the greatest in breakfast options. Not very vegetarian friendly. Seemed very dusty & outdated inside. Potatoes were the best part of the meals. Grill seemed too hot seeing that my French toast was pretty burned. Prices seemed high for what you got. It was really hot inside too, like uncomfortable hot. Staff seemed friendly & covid safe. I'll pass on this place next time.

The food was delicious, and the decor is pretty cute and old looking. Our waiter was ok, he was sort of forgetful and seemed a bit lost, but he was nice. The bartender was great and seemed really knowledgeable; she recommended a drink and it's one of my new favorites! With food and drinks like that, we will definitely be back.

Great food and some seriously great atmosphere. Wife and I both got sandwiches and they were amazing and the seafood bisque (pictured) was spot on. Best soup I have had in a long time.

This place is legit! The food is to die for. Service is a little slower because the food is fresh and they run a casual place. Amazing place to go if you have some time and want to enjoy!

Service was pretty awful, the waitress seemed like we were a burden to be there. Food took forever... I wanted the salmon, but was told it would be at least an hour because the other table ordered some too. The soup that "came with the meal" never came, had it made to go at the end after I reminded them 2x. The store was in disrepair and the table I sat at had paper table mats that seemed like they were used by the prior customer and just quickly wiped off. The only good thing about the whole visit was the hot chocolate that was great until I got to the bottom of the cup and had some chunks of something in it? When we finally got our check, they had overcharged me for the well drink, that was on their daily specials. All around negative place to go. Would not recommend.

Best Reuben in town. The atmosphere is lovely as it’s inside of a building from the 1800s. The original bar is still in there from when Ogden was a major rail road stop. The owner is also the cook and she is very talented at what she does. You can order anything off the menu and it will arrive at your table hot and taste absolutely scrumptious. I don’t mind waiting a tad bit longer to get a fresh meal that is customized to your own tastes. Too many chain restaurants just throw the same old stuff together on a plate. That’s not the style at the Two Bit Café

I give 4 stars for experience and food. Waiters didn't chat too much (which is my preference), food quality was great for the price. Only thing that kinda bothered me was the location. It was just super dusty, I could see cobwebs and other sorts. I just wished they give the place a good wipe down before I go back.

I have had many experiences coming to this restaurant. Even on a bad day, the food keeps me coming back. They have great home-cooked food, Penny has a wonderful menu set up. I have some times where the service was very disappointing, but it's not enough to keep me away. You do need to understand that meals here, are cooked to order and that you wait longer than a usual place. But it's always worth it.
