Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I love this place. Just discovered it, the staff was fast, professional and friendly, the coffee was amazing, we had a chaicicle which was amazing and just a plain iced coffee. Lots of options no matter what your coffee tastes are, and the interior is super chill. All in all, definitely recommend to anyone!

They used to make great coffee but now Everytime I go the coffee either tastes burnt watered down or has no flavor. I have ordered a Carmel bandb frappe 3 times now hoping it will have some sort of Carmel and I am always disappointed.

I like all coffee places and this location is one of my favorites. Has its up's and downs but as long as I don't have watery coffee its the best. Recommend the espresso float. 'Truly a taste of heaven on a devilish morning!

Wanted to give them another try. Honestly the worst.. I asked for a SF skinny vanilla latte with almond milk. ( they gave me whole milk ). I’m only upset because I can’t have whole milk. I was bloated instantly. I wanted to go back and return it but not worth the time. She asked me for my order 2xs and still didn’t include my sandwich, Only after I confirmed with her at the window..

The man that waited on me was pleasant and professional. I had a great experience and I would go back.

Amazing coffee house!! my mom and myself have gone twice and both times they were very courteous, yeah they take a minute but for the size price and quality its hands down worth it.

The absolute only place I'll get coffee from! Staff is ALWAYS top notch, and they know me by my order❤️😂 always asking how I'm doing and Really make me feel like they actually care(not just the small talk) I generally go through drive thru but the times I've been in the store, it has been immaculately clean!

2 people working, concentrating on drive through only. 8 people waiting in line inside. Filled an order for 3 people after our order of 2 drinks and then admitted that she forgot our order all together. Elderly man in front of us had been waiting for 40 min for a sandwich and a house coffee. Worse service ever! We will never go back.

Great place to get coffee and hang out, all the 1 star reviews are from rich, blonde, privileged women who can’t accept the fact that beans and brews isn’t Starbucks yet still go there for their Starbucks drinks. Employees are great and the manager is very nice and always happy.

I've been to this beans and brews many times and while sometimes I do have a pleasant experience most of the time not. Today I ordered an iced chai and a frozen Carmel Cielo with an extra shot. I paid and used my app for reward points like usual, then wait..and waited.. and waited. The guy finally handed me an iced chai and said have a nice day before he realized that I still didnt have my other drink. I could see other employees in the back talking and not making other drinks. He finally went back and made it, didnt add and extra shot and told me to have a nice day again. By this time I could see 2 other cars lined up behind me waiting on their drinks. I just drove away. When I tasted the Carmel Cielo today I was overwhelmed with syrup. I used to work for a beans and brews, and I know this is not how that drink is supposed to taste. Save yourself a trip and go to the beans and brews on 42nd st, at least they are consistent and know the recipes for the drinks.
