Coffee is great still. However, everytime I go here something is off. Either they don't have anything in stock, or they don't do something right. Like I say no whipped cream and they do whipped cream or I order 3 drinks and they don't think to give a drink holder.... or a sleeve for the HOT coffee or a stopper so it doesn't spill in the car. Just little things you'd think would be common sense. It seems to he only this location that's constantly messing things up. North Ogden is definitely worth the drive to get your entire order correct and have good service

This place does not know what they are doing. We go to beans and brews because we love their coffee, but we are thinking we might have to stop. We go there almost every weekend and each time, they mess something up. Two weeks in a row it was the breakfast sandwiches. They were frozen in the middle!!! Then it was our drinks. We do not have difficult orders, but the workers have no idea how to make them correctly. Usually, we are in a hurry so we just let it slide, but this morning, we went in and got a new one, and it tastes just as nasty as the first one. Please tell whoever is in charge to train the workers on how to make a latte

Decided to try this location again. Big mistake. Ordered atthe driver up, made my order, she didn't say thank you, your total is, please pull forward, nothing. I actually had to ask if she wanted me to pull forward. Then I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through. Not sure who owns this store, but you should reconsider the staff you have there. They are rude, they dress inappropriately, poor customer service. Apparently their gossip is more important than customers. Hand my stuff, no napkin or anything. And they do not care about any of this. You should!!!! Never again!!!

If they sold coffee I would give them a higher rating. If they gave refunds for the coffee they didn’t give me, I wouldn’t have left a review.

I come to this beans and brews somewhat regularly always ordering the same thing-a hot chai with caramel and a B Original sandwich. Monday of this week the girl hands me both and even says the correct name for the sandwich. I drive to work and realize it’s the completely wrong sandwich. I thought about calling but just let it slide. Then three days later I go and get the wrong drink. I call and talk to the manager who tells me she knows she made the correct drink but says she will tell the employee to be more careful about handing out the correct order. Thats it. No apology and no effort to make the situation right. That’s horrible customer service-I spend probably $100 a month there and clearly need to go elsewhere because my business isn’t valued. Very disappointed in this location.

The shift leader chris threaten to call the police on me, stating that i was being hostile when i asked for managers and corporate contact information. I askedbhim to clean the tables because the tables has not been cleaned, chris told me i had to leave the store because no customers can be in the store when he wipe down the table per corporation. Then i asked for refund. I wanted to sit and drink my coffee not take it on the go. Chris refused to give refund, thats when i asked dor the contact information, then he demanded that i leave the store just because i simply asked for his manager. I told him ok call the police because i need a copy of the police report to gice my lawyer, i start to record as at this point, chris walked to the office and called police as he stated. I waited like 10 minutes then the female cashier came over asked me to leave the store i was already waiting next to the door. I explained to her i was waiting foe the police since chris called them. She stated that chris did not call the police but the manager instead and manager told him to refund my drink and that i needed to leave the property or the police will be called. I explained to chris i was leaving in the beginning i just wanted my money back thats all. I let chris know i will still be contacting corporate due to his attitude. And posting the video on youtube. He took my credit card receipt and read off my name stating he will also post about me online. Really. Lol you are on the clock dude. Thats companies property now not yours. And want them to review it. They will see that the person named chris that is their shift leader has no business being in either customer service position and never needs to be any type of a manager anywhere. The worst. I will never visit this Bean and Brew ever if these are the type of people this company has working for them i never want to go to another ever. Not sure if this is because i was black or because im Muslim.....

I have been at this coffee shop many times and every time I've been here the service has been really great and the products are great but the bathrooms and the tables are always super dirty. I don't think anyone ever cleans the bathroom and every time I've been here there's never been soap in the dispenser. I'm not sure where the employees are washing their hands after they use the restroom.

They typically get my order half done. There the closest to my home so I keep going but I think enough is enough. The kids working there need to wake up and clean there ears out so they can get the orders right!

No changing table in either restroom and prices were expensive. A large coffee is like $7-8.
