This location has severely gone downhill. They used to be so quick with orders, and now you’re lucky if you get through the drive-thru in 10 minutes. It’s a coffee shop, not a sit down restaurant. It’s a shame because they really do make good coffee. But they need to fix on being quicker and more efficient when handling the drive-thru.

This has to be the worst location I’ve ever visited, and I go to a couple different ones 5-6 times a week. Seriously, there are some things that need to be said: the staff (while usually friendly) has frequently made the drinks so poorly, they aren’t tolerable. These are standard drinks ordered, no changes made, yet they are often wrong. How does one mess up a signature drink, repeatedly? How is it the ice machine is broken multiple times a week? And finally, how can you ask your loyal customers to wait 15+ minutes for a $7 drink that ends up being incorrect? Disappointing, as I really do love the chain, but this location itself needs some help.

I'm new to the coffee scene... But with my limited comparison ability I'd give BB Coffee a 5, service is a little on the slow side but the drinks are delicious. Pricing is consistent with other places... Will return *actually I already have 😂 iced Mr Bs is delicious

Staff was great, helpful and patient! I need some patience as I do not order coffee often but, they worked with me and were knowledgable! Also helped me find some cool merch!

Good little coffee house chain, small but nice selection of coffee and teas. Staff is always friendly and happy to help with new customers. They have a selection of sweet treats to go along with your coffee or tea. Some Products are also available for purchase. Store is always clean and also restrooms. Prices are mid to high range, but average prices for a coffee house. Good flavors and selection of teas. I recommend this place for a cup of Joe or try a new, different tea.

Customer service is always excellent. Even slammed with a line, baristas are patient and willing to help you figure out what you need. They are so fast, and so kind- short staffed and everything. Be kind to these people, they're working hard! 🧡

I go here quite a bit for convenience. It's more expensive than Starbucks in my opinion, but the servings are much larger. They don't have banana bread, which is a personal sadness for me. I give it a 4 star rather than a 5 because of the number of small issues I've had over the past year. I order the same thing almost every time and it seems like there is some sort of training transition that was happening for a while, but now the staff keeps changing and I no longer feel a connection with any of the employees.

I love their coffee, when they actually give you what you've ordered. When I ask for an extra shot, it's because I know what it tastes like without it! I rarely get the extra espresso shot I pay for. PLUS, I asked for a Warmed blueberry muffin. They gave me a cold Bran-grain muffin with a few red berries in it, which the girl said was Triple Berry.
Another reminder of why I won't go back. They've been better than this in the past.

Always delicious with quick service! Today I dropped my entire drink all over me and the young man working there made me a new one very fast and was SO nice and helpful. Overall great experience.

Told by manager that refills in my own reusable mug was not allowed and must pay full price. Per manager Only mugs allowed were their own mugs. New to area and had been there several times getting coffee and food. So I wanted not to waste cups. I feel petty but they just lost a customer for life.
