Order a large Carmel cappuccino with whipped cream, I was shocked at the size of the large drink. For only 7 bucks.

My pregnant SO has been going here to get her one frozen beverage a day. After trying the Cafe Latte.. I started going there and getting a drink for both of us. Pretty expensive, considering 2 drinks x30 days is about $350 a month.. not my complaint though.. my complaint is over the course of 1 week, (the last day being today) depending on who was running the register, the same 2 drinks, the price was different every day, and the very last 2 days they up charged me for the wrong drink, the wrong size completely (a small, when i asked for a medium) and finally the last day they gave me the wrong drink again in the biggest size when i asked for a medium and charged me for the large as well.
I guess they assume we don’t know how to do math. Regardless i’ll never be buying my coffee there again. P.S. they asked my pregnant S.O. for a Tip.. how rude.

Wish I could give zero. Literally just went there and wasted $10 for nothing. Ordered a blended drink, there were no cars in front of me, no one inside store. 4 females working. Took 15 minutes to get a drink the wrong size, and it was literally as thin as water. Wow. Just wow. It actually ending up spilling all over my car because the lid wasn't put on all the way. Will never ever return. What a joke

The staff are always very friendly and quick. I love this coffee way better than other coffee chains. They take their time preparing your beverage and it's always perfect. And their whip cream doesn't have that weird, off taste that other places have.

Always love going to B&B. The staff is great. They are always happy, outgoing people -- even if they've had a bad day, it never shows. They're quick & happy to answer any questions I've had. Definitely recommend :)

I bought some coffee beans and later realized I didn't have them ground. I took them to Beans and Brews and Fern was very kind and ground the beans. She was very kind and professional and we really appreciated her help

My wife and I got coffees this evening for a boost of energy and Shawny-Boy helped us. We could tell he was working by himself and was a bit behind but our drinks came and let me tell you what……these are THE BEST drinks I have ever had at Beans and Brew. They have never made them this well. Shawny-Boy needs to get a raise and you should have all of your baristas get a “refresher” lesson on making the drinks, taught by him! Thanks for the exceptional service! It’s hard to find nowadays.

Second time here and I've enjoyed the experience. Cherise the GM sparked up a pleasant conversation and even guided me through what I was in the mood for with some questions. The coffee is good quality and tastes good with many choices. My reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is the price. A small hot chocolate was almost $5 and my medium coffee pushed $6. I couldn't commit to being a repeat customer due to the high prices but I'll go here and there. Good customer service, quality coffee, good location, pricing to high.

I wanted to tell Jenni at the Wall Ave (Ogden) location THANK YOU SO MUCH. You were so kind and definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I appreciate you.
Also, the atmosphere in there was amazing as well. Very clean. I will be back for sure!

Kate is awesome!! Impeccable customer service!! Food and drinks are excellent. Was in town visiting family and this became my “go to” place each morning. I’ll be back when visiting from Phoenix, AZ. Actually wish your company had shops around Phoenix and Scottsdale, AZ.
