Good breakfast bagels and coffee, we tried an egg and bacon on a blueberry bagel accompanied by hot chocolate and mocaccinos that were delicious. Luckily there were enough empty tables to sit and enjoy our morning.

Nixed every coffee shop on Main Street except here. They pull excellent shots, service is quick and menu is great. The food selection is really good and they have more than bagels-lots of healthy options as well if you want food too.

I love this food truck, they have delicious breakfast and the nitro cold brew was amazing!! Besides, people who work there are super kind. I recommend it.

Best Espresso coffee in town! Owners are great! Support a small business. The charcuterie plate is a good deal and big enough to share.

By far one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. This place is great. They are so friendly. I highly recommend checking this out if you are in Moab.

Came back 2 days in a row for their EXCELLENT coffee. I tried Moab coffee roasters AND Moab garage, both were sadly very disappointing. But Nuclear Bean SAVED THE DAY! Thank you 🙏🏼

By far the best breakfast bagel sandwich I've ever had. Amazing service, super friendly people, and again I can't stress this enough, best bagel sandwiches. Definetly stop by!

If you're looking for the best coffee in Moab, look no further. Much better coffee then most all the restaurants/cafes serve.

No long waits! The omelet was so good and it came with a unique homemade sauce that was DELICIOUS
