First time but not last! We ordered 3 small plates (wok bbq baby back ribs, beef tartare, steamed buns, pork), the double cheeseburger (off menu but server gladly took our order) and the chocolate pudding. Food, service, ambiance, staff professionalism - all impeccable! Can't wait to go back. Reservations highly recommended.

Had Sunday brunch here and everything was delicious. All the employees were very nice. The beignets are perfection. I got the blueberry ricotta pancakes and a side of crispy potatoes and it was all so good. We'll be coming back!

Awesome service! Menu is changing all the time but you can’t go wrong. Shaking beef, Lobster spinach pasta and Shrimp and grits all had wonderful flavors. Love the variety on the menu!

Group of 5. Chose lots of small plates to share. Group chose each of their large plates. Server Mika was fantastic. Only wished the blueberry icream with spruce tips had more punch in flavor. Dish was partially melted. Possibly due to a warm dish or it sat for a bit

If you’re looking for phenomenal and unique food, this is the place for you. I had their Valentine’s Day tasting menu and had a fantastic experience. The dishes are unexpected, creative, and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone on the hunt for an elevated food experience.

I just wish they would update the website. According to the website, I reserved a 7 course dinner for 70$/person. The menu was also on the website. When we showed up for our reservation, it was actually only a 5-course menu, completely different from the one online, and it was still 70$.

But the food was so delicious, I can’t complain!

Cute restaurant with delicious food. Mostly Asian and Italian inspired dishes. We really enjoyed the crispy duck rolls, the hamachi crudo, and the peanut butter semi freddo. The ribs were highly recommended and would be great if they came with wet wipes or a wet towel to clean your hands. The brussel sprouts were ok but not wow. Great place for sharing small plates and the cocktails were wow!

Provisions may be the best restaurant in Salt Lake City, which is not much of a compliment. The dishes are generally made decently enough, but there's very little one would call excellent or remarkable. On my lastest trip I had the wok bbq ribs (somewhat dry with a good caramel glaze) served with some wilted salty cabbage my server swore was kimchi (just bad and not at all like kimchi sour or pickled), the pork steamed buns served taco style (nice pickle garnish, acceptable sweet buns) with barbeque sauce for some reason, and finally the utterly unremarkable crispy fresh duck rolls (only strong flavor was mint, nice crunch though). Approximately half the staff (both in front and in the kitchen) was masked. I don't really understand this choice, either require them or don't. Bottom Line TL;DR If you're going out to eat in SLC you could probably do a whole lot worse than Provisions.

Great place for a date night! Food was outstanding. Service was excellent. Our server's name was Alec or Alex. I can't remember. He was outstanding, easy to talk to.

I have been here a few times and each time the food is really good. The food was a little slow to come out but it was pretty busy! Also the beignets are so good do not miss out on those!

Different but really terrific chicken and waffles. Eggs Benedict was really good too. Great mimosa prices though I didn’t partake this time. Will be back!
