I had a very negative experience here and wish I hadn’t because the coffee scene has always felt like a welcoming place for me. First off, I was having a hard time finding their matcha on the menu and the baristas didn’t bother to ask if I needed help. As I was ordering I forgot to ask for a milk alternative and the cashier hadn’t asked me either so I completely passed on my oat milk and bought my drink. I then realized that I couldn’t drink my matcha because of this. I cannot drink dairy because I am allergic and so I asked the barista if I could get a new one. The barista hesitated to tell me that I would have to pay full price for a new one, but proceeded to charge me full price anyways for a new drink. I was fairly upset but because I myself am a barista at a local coffee shop I understand what it’s like to work with unpleasant customers so I didn’t argue my price, I just paid for it. What bothered me was the hesitation to be honest. Frankly, when someone forgets to ask for milk alternatives at my coffee shop, I do not ever charge them full price because I realize I disregarded potential allergies they may have by not asking. I hope the baristas can learn from this and remember to take all sorts of people into consideration and not just assume.

I love that they are open late. Good coffee and they also have crepes and cakes

Hopefully the owner will see this and can provide better training to some employees. My partner and I went for drinks and crepes this morning, waited in front without a greeting for several minutes, and when the worker came up from the back, still didn’t acknowledge us and it was us starting the interaction. There was no apologies for the wait. After hello, the first thing she said was, crepes don’t start until 9am. Very blunt. I looked at my partner and told them that’s all I wanted, to which the worker then walked away. He still wanted a coffee, but she never gave us a chance to order that. After being left at the register alone we decided we would go elsewhere.

Delicious as always, just had the Bob Marley this time, but usually come for late night crepes and coffee. It’s a cute homey place with friendly baristas and good vibes. I love the open mic nights

My only local hip little coffee house. They have the funniest and greatest assortments of lattes and such. Nice chill atmosphere, and a great front porch garden area to sit. Also, not far from Milcreek Garden Center! Grab a cup of coffee and go wander through some plants. I drink my coffee black, and it was decent, if not the best cup I've ever had. Still, 5 stars, highly recommend.

The coffee was all right the crapes were eh Love the atmosphere but the service was terrible The owners are super hard to get a hold of and overall I wish I wanted to come here more they didn’t even have a key to their own artist vending machine go try this place for yourself, but not super high on our recommendation scale our crepes also were 25 minutes late

I've taken many friends and first/second dates here (good ones and bad). The fact I keep returning says something. For an evening coffee excursion, it's the go to place that I can count on to be open late. It's quirky and unique which is what I want from a coffeeshop, especially at night, and as a bonus you can get a crepe also. With a surprising menu of them offered. They're even good quality crepes, the Nutella crepes are on par with most crepe stands in Paris, in my experience.
There's a good vibe here. Not perfect, but pretty dang good most of the time. Staff are chill and friendly, and there are lots of cool trees outside. Sometimes a patron will have a dog (always friendly) which I dig because dogs are the best! Another quirk that I live is that you can play chess here, if you want. Just ask for a chessboard. 👍♟️
They sometimes do live indie music performances, on certain nights, and that can be fun, or you can avoid it altogether by sitting outside. Though I haven't been there for this in a while. Overall, good mix of inside and outside seating, so you can have a more extroverted experience or a more intimate experience.
The neighborhood surrounding it is not my favorite place in the world, but the coffee shop itself is like an island oasis that is totally separate from anything around it.
They would also benefit from more parking, but it's not too inconvenient to park a little ways down the street.
All in all, I dig it here. I keep coming back. So I recommend it!

My daughter and I stopped by while waiting for the nearby vet to call us and give us the news about our sick cat. I ordered a coffee (which was VERY good) and 2 crepes. While waiting for the crepes to cook, I got a call from the vet telling us that we needed to hurry back because the cat wasn't doing well. I asked to change our order to be to-go and the person working told us that they would bring the crepes to us at the vet so we could get back quickly. It made our very bad day (my cat ended up needing to be put down) slightly better. We will be returning!

Great staff, little small inside especially during the winter, so it can be hard to get a seat. Sat outside and one of the wooden stools I started to sit on promptly broke from being in poor shape. And, I'm 5'11 190 pounds so it's not a weight issue. Think the wood just wears out on the weather way quicker than they think. Bit of a hazard to be honest, but it broke before I sat fully down so no harm. Just pushed it out of the main area. Food was still great as usual. Just check the outdoor furniture before using it.

I've been coming to this cozy little coffee house for years now and have never had a poor experience. Staff is consistently delightful, crêpes and drinks are always good, even the customers are friendly! It's my favorite place to treat a friend or even just myself. My favorite go to is the house chai with a spinach and fetta crêpe
