We usually stop for fast food near the freeway in Cedar City when heading to St George. This last trip we made the effort to go into town and explore more and ended up getting a bagel sandwich from Grind Coffee House. I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had. Three thumbs up. 👍

This shop has a really cool feel to it. As I said to my wife “this feels like we’re in an episode of friends”. Large menu, but we only got coffees. Everyone in our group talked about how good their drinks were, and would highly recommend to anyone.

Love the coffee in here. The Raspberry Truffle Mocha is sooo good. Try it!

I dont know if I've already left a review yet but..
The grind is and absolutely amazing place to go and get some coffee. They have fresh brews and lattes as well. They also have a variety of sandwiched and pastries you can enjoy with or without your friends!
I think its one of my favorite places to go for a sit-down lunch or a quick coffee.

Good coffee, tasty food, friendly employees (even when it's busy!). They actually have gluten-free and vegan options! I got a chocolate zucchini scone and it was delicious. Cute and quirky decor, plenty of squishy arm chairs, lots of kitschy knickknacks for sale. This is probably my favorite spot in Cedar City.

I have lived in Cedar City for almost three years, and The Grind is my favorite coffee shop. They have great coffee and great food. The salads are enormous and delicious and you can get your food to-go if you're in a hurry. It's also a great place to hang out and study.

Great Turkey all day break fast sandwich. I got it on sourdough with provolone cheese, no tomatoe. Fresh, warm and all around delicious. Not a long wait even though they were super busy. Very impressed. Thank you.

We had high hopes for this coffee house based on the reviews, but we left feeling disappointed. The coffee is legitimately no better than hotel coffee. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and they were not very creative or well seasoned. The staff didn't acknowledge us when we came in, which felt very awkward as we navigated the menu for several minutes. Lastly, the whole place could use an upgrade. You certainly feel transported back to a 90s coffee joint while inside. Won't be back.

Love this place, good food and good people.
The staff is always so nice and welcoming it's always a pleasure to visit them. Saturday mornings The Grind Coffeehouse is a must for me and my wife. We love the Firehouse Sandwich breakfast sandwich it's so good just the perfect amount of spiciness to wake your taste buds up, Our other favorite is their Waffle with Whip cream and Bananas. If a healthy lunch or dinner is what you are looking for well they got you covered. Their salads are delicious I have tried them all and they are all surprisingly delicious and filling, the Classic Chef is my go to salad it has everything you need. Their Sandwiches are also awesome, I highly recommend the Turkey Chipotle Club and the Sweet and Spicy they are both so good. You get to pick your bread so every time you order them you can have a different take of your favorite sandwich. Soups are perfect on a cold day it comes with a croissant, toast or bagel.
They have healthy and not so healthy desert choices my favorite is the Berry Apple Tart. The best way I can describe it is, well have you ever walked in to a store and smelled a candle that smelled so delicious you wish you could eat well this is what this tart is.
