Quick service, friendly staff, good coffee, and good prices! Got a soymilk latte for $4 (it's $0.60 extra for soymilk). Cute area; if I lived in or near Cedar City, I would definitely study here.

I have spent many many hours at The Grind. I would recommend it to LITERALLY everyone. If you're in Cedar City, you need to visit this coffee shop. And plan to spend a while relaxing and catching up with friends.

You cannot get a more delicious, creative, well priced salad! I often share even the HALF salad, because the portion is so generous. Jonah and A.J. and family ARE part of our Cedar City family... because they feed us well. ❤

I ordered ahead because I thought there was curbside delivered. There isn’t. So I went in and my order wasn’t ready when I went in, even though it said it was online. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for a waffle and a sandwich. Coffee was very bitter and not good. I ordered a mocha but it was pretty much just a brewed coffee over ice. The waffle was very soggy and the berries were going bad.

Fun and chill environment with great drink options! We’ll be back on our next visit to Cedar City!!!

Super place! Just loved it! Will stop by again for sure. Good is good, smoothies delirious, local coffee and even few toys for kids to be occupied! The book store conected to it is worth checking too :)
We really enjoyed our stay

Last year I really enjoyed going to The Grind. The atmosphere was always busy but cheery with lots of fun signs and decor behind the counter and throughout the store. However, since the new owners have taken over I feel like things have gone downhill. The menu is extremely limited compared to what it was before and decor is minimal. The space no longer feels very welcoming. I honestly would rather go study in the library on campus now, at least they have food and drinks that I enjoy. I understand the expansive menu of before might not have been the easiest on the employees, but I feel like the current one could stand to have at least a few things added back.

They have very pleasant medium and light/ medium drip coffee available. This is remarkable, you can tell a lot about a coffee house by the quality of their drip coffee. I came back the next day and it was still good. Looks like they might roast in-house, bought two bags with roast dates within the last 30 days. Had a breakfast bagel ( fireman something ...) It was very tasty, a little spicy. I can whole heartedly recommend this place for drip coffee and breakfast.
