Decided to go to sips for a latte again today only to find that my 24 oz latte went from 5.58 to 6.60 overnight. Done with sips the same 24oz latte is 5.15 at BEANS and BREW right down the street. Today will be the last time I ever go to sips!!!!

Ran by rude teenagers. I always get a diet coke with lemon in a 32 or 24 oz. Today I got a 16. They charged me $1.38. For their smallest drink. Rip off! I was a little surprised how small it was and asked how it was almost as much as my regular 32 or 24 oz. They didn't offer to exchange it or charge me a little more to upgrade it. He just stared at me and was like, "uhhhh... I don't know. That's just what it is." So I drove off. Probably not going back there anytime soon. Go to Swig or Fiz if you want some friendlier customer service.

Cheaper than fiiz and swig but their drinks are just as well made. Breakfast sandwiches are also great, my husband loves the big al and I'm a fan of the frenchie.

I did not think the food was good, it tasted like something you could buy for a cheaper price at a grocery store. The coffee was so over sweeted it was hard to drink.

The coffee is always so good! And there's lots of flavours and varieties to choose from. There's something about their vanilla that disagrees with me, but everything else I've tried has been good

Love, love, love this place. They have the best coffee in the area and their sodas are to the perfect proportion. Not to mention all the treats. Staff and owners are fabulous. Don't go anywhere else

They have great drinks but literally every time I come here they mess up my order. Luckily it still tastes good but honestly it’s just annoying

I have yet to find a better chai latte than the one Sips makes. They use their own spice recipe and are the only place that doesn't use too much cinnamon. I've tried countless other places around the country!

Been here twice and really not impressed. Last time the drinks were overpowered with flavoring and this time you cant taste any. I ordered a PhD with coke and it taste like flat coke. I would recommend thirst in slc
