Great drinks options and food for everyone!

I go here every day and usually love it. Today I went and got a snow cap with diet Dr Pepper and extra vanilla. When the kid opened the window to hand me my drink, he had his hood on and wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. Kind of just threw the drink at me. The drink was disgusting. It was definitely not Dr Pepper and had absolutely no flavor.

I just came from Sips. I had a problem with my order, and asked for a replacement, and was told it was against store policy per the owner. Fine. I kind of don't get upsetting a customer over a drink that costs 20¢ to make, but policy is policy. What was unacceptable is the way I was treated by not one, but TWO employees. They acted like my request for a new drink was an abomination. They would not provide their names nor the owner's contact information. One of them, after snarling at us for our entire conversation, slammed the window in our face--and I mean SLAMMED, like a petulant teenager--and then another employee saw fit to come back, open the window, and say, "That's what you get for being rude!" What school of customer service is this? Any other business would fire both these employees. Disgusting.

ETA: We have just heard from the owner, and he asked that I edit my review to reflect our conversation, and I am happy to do so. The owner of this establishment apologized for the way his employees treated me, but laughed and said he has no control over their behavior and he can do nothing to stop them from acting this way in the future. The rest of the conversation was spent with him explaining how we were wrong for getting upset, and begging us to remove our negative reviews, as they could be damaging to his business.

I've been here 3 times and my experience is as follows:

1st time: order taker very nice. I order 2 drinks, both drinks were good. Very happy with taste. A bit pricey.

2nd time: get just 1 drink. It's ok. Tastes different then the previous time. Still $2 more then Starbucks charges. Not nearly as good as Starbucks.

3rd time: Try again today because maybe last time was just a bad day. Order the way the previous order taker told me order verbatim as he told me so it would be cheaper. Girl order taker still charges me almost $5. Says she doesn't know what he's talking about. Fine. I just want my drink. Pull up to get my drink and its made wrong. Way watery and no cream. Unlike other reviewers she does take it back to fix it. But its wrong AGAIN. I give it back and ask her to to fix it . The girl making the drinks cops an attitude and asks the order taker if how I wanted it is what I asked for. The order taker confirms that yes I did. FTR I heard the order taker tell the coffee maker exactly what I wanted. . She attempts to make it again. 3rd time is somewhat a charm and its palatable but still not right. I left because at this point there is 2 cars behind me and they have no clue why 1 12oz drink is taking so long.

Won't be back for coffee. Will mostly likely go back to try the soda drinks.

I don't understand the negative comments saying SIPS has rude customer service. I have never experienced anything but very friendly, smiling people. Every time!

Their delicious drinks and friendly staff have made this place my daily go-to coffee shop. Try the white chocolate mocha, blended! Smooth!

Coffee quality is inconsistent.
Spending $7 on coffee shouldn't be a gamble, and they won't make it right if your coffee is terrible. Yesterday I ordered a iced coffee with soy and received only the soy. I opened the lid, mixed the contents and I didn't see any coffee. I will not be returning.

Visited this morning. Lousy service. Coffee was good though. Your 2 employees were very unprofessional and rude. I'm used to Starbucks so that may be why my experience was bad. Lot of luck competing. Train those ladies!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service experience. Ordered a beverage, took one sip and it was not good. Handed it right back through the window and asked for something else. Was told I had to BUY ANOTHER DRINK and that she would not replace it. I said I just wanted my money back. She refused. After her refusing to give me a manager or owner's info, I said I would not leave until I got a drink or my money back. She slammed the window in my face in the middle of me speaking. Unbelievable, poor way to handle an extremely simple issue over a drink that was less than $2. I will never be back.

Always love the staff. They even know our mothers constant order when we get her one too. However I wish they would better set up the drink system. My drink gets messed up all the time. And as a diabetic. A mistake between "diet" and not sodas is more extreme than night and day. Better tasting than SWIG though

Went to get a quick coffee and breakfast, the breakfast sandwiches were good and my breve was fine but my boyfriend's latte was chunky! Scrapped the top off and my daughter thought it was oatmeal. Unsure if the milk was bad, or what. Couldn't find a way to post a picture. Tried to call them but no answer.
