Tangie's Cafe

My food was average. Wife says hers was below average. Friendly staff, quick service, main con was the food. Perhaps it was an off day? Biggest regret for me was the coffee. I'm sure it was Farmer's Brothers from a pouch. This from a guy whose staple is Kirkland Columbian. Not sure we'll go back.

We were so sad after reading so many great reviews about this place to find that the food was not good at all. We each only could eat a bite or two and decided to go eat somewhere else. The pancakes tasted like bisquick and the French toast was just bad. Very poor quality ingredients. Even the plain eggs tasted weird.

Nicely decorated with a home town feel. A lot of food options. Great location. Friendly staff. I really enjoyed my experience. My son came with me and he loved it too.

I love these local restaurants. Great food, always friendly staff and really good prices as well. This place is no different from that. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 12, ordered a burger, and pancake with eggs and food came at 12:50, wasn’t very busy at the time. Fries were completely burnt. It’s a nostalgic joint, but can’t recommend.

The waitress was very good and respectful, she asked of she could use the vacuum. We ordered a small fry and it was like a large. They were delicious!! I give this place a 5 star.

Classic small town diner. Food is average, service is friendly, atmosphere is gross.

I am very pleased with Tangies. Family owned and operated. Mom in the kitchen and daughter as the waitress. Family friendly great smiles. I recommend Tangies in American Fork if your moving there or like me just passing through.

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and the food is always fresh. If you like some homemade cookin' and great food for a great price, then this is the place to go. I eat here at least once a week!

Our newest favorite place! Great food, simple fare, wonderful people. We'll for sure be back!
