We were grateful to find this spot open for dinner on Easter Sunday. A bit pricey but that's to be expected in such an isolated location. Great tex mex. The tacos Al carbon were great and the beer was cold.

Only one of a couple restaurants open on Highway 188. Food is homestyle cooking minus the high prices. They let my family dine in even though they were closing in less than 10 minutes. Will come back when I’m visiting the Big Bend area again!

For such a small town, they made the best breakfast- fresh as well as tasty. Many vegetarian options. We are impressed.

Best place for breakfast in the Big Bend area. They also serve lunch and dinner, which are quite good. I like the small town homemade TexMex taste. It's Texas comfort food at its best. Service is friendly and helpful. Bottled beer is available in the fridge in the dining area inside. There's a screened patio area outside for sitting and dining.

The service was good and the atmosphere was comfortable, but the food was edible at best. It tasted like a frozen dinner heated in the microwave.

Great enchiladas. Salsa is pretty spicy and delicious. It may be one of the only two places to eat it is as good as any Mexican food I've had.

This place is awesome!!! We stopped in for dinner. Everyone was so friendly and the service was fast and efficient even though the place was very busy. We ordered the chips trio for an appetizer and the combo fajitas for two. The salsa, queso and guacamole were so fresh and delicious! The beef and chicken for the fajitas was very tender and well seasoned, crispy tender veggies too. The tortillas were fresh and HOT! The plate with the toppings was generous and yummy! I can't day enough nice things about the staff and the food! The prices were good too! If I lived in the area this place would be my go to restaurant for dinner on a regular basis!

We visit the area very often and this was the first time we tried this place out- needless to say, it was the best Mexican food, fajitas, queso and service I have EVER had- it was AMAZING! I will be going back everytime I visit Terlingua area...Super clean , Fast service, & even ended up getting a dozen homemade tamales to go...very very good place!!!! if you go you MUST try their queso out...and the salsa is 100% homemade. Very authentic Mexican food!

Well it's in Terlingua, and sort of easy access to #BBNP ,service was as quick as possible, so ce there seem to only 1 server, who was also the bus boy.
Food was decent and enough to feed a hungry hiker.
