I’ve been there and have tried many items of the menu and they all were good, but just few days ago I went there and there was an hour wait for only one Nutella crepe, and the place wasn’t even that crowded, also the staff should be a lil more friendly. Still, I’m gonna go again hopefully I can get my Nutella crepe.

Went by this weekend for brunch and I was not disappointed at all! The cashier, issa i think, was so helpful explaining the menu to us because it was our first time there, i got a latte with vanilla and caramel, which was really good and then i got the moroccan chicken crepe. they do not lie when they say that sauce is spicy! but they were nice enough to put it on the side for me, overall it was a great experience. we ended up sitting there for a good while as the restaurant got busier, would definitely return soon!

They tell u it’s crepes but it’s not. Thick bread. I leave near by & ordered 5 softener items. Each time there is an issue so I finally talked to rabii khan who claims to be the owner. She was very rude ( by far the worst cocos store not going back

So this is gonna be a long review, because my experience at CoCo Crêpes, Waffles & Coffee was very meaningful to me. I've always come by this place going to the nearby Costco's and every time I do, I gaze longingly when I see "Crêpes" as I drive away. Finally decided to try the place and gave a them a pretty shameless call on my birthday asking if they got birthday freebies. Yeah sometimes it's nice to get free food on your birthday! =P

Unfortunately, they did not have any birthday specials, but I was cool with that. I had always wanted to try crepes not served from IHOP ( sad...I know) anyways. The employee on the phone said that although they didn't have birthday specials, they could decorate my container. Although I had not expected anything of this sort, I thought this was a nice gesture nonetheless, so I said "sure why not?" Went ahead and ordered crepes-to-go for the family.

When I went inside to pick my order, the employee at the counter Elnaz gave a very thoughtful and sweet message about how she hoped my birthday was everything I wanted it to be and that she wished me well on fulfilling my dreams and having a good year. I was pretty blown away!

I came home and did the usual birthday shenanigans and took out my crepes. As you can see from the photos, Elnaz and the rest of the Coco's Crepes staff were very thoughtful and made my crepes carton look quite nice and even put a candle in. First time I've ever had a decorated carton like that.

We had bought the Turkey & Cheddar, Chicken & Vegetables, Chicken Avocado, and Chicken & Spinach crepes. I tried all four of them and I can't complain. The Chicken & Spinach was probably my favorite as I like that combination. You can also really taste the cheddar in the Turkey & Cheddar crepe, which is a good thing. The crepes were on a next level compared to the "crepes" I have had in the past. Of course, I don't have much to compare them to, but they were good and my whole family loved them. The crepes were not soggy and if you notice in the photos, the staff didn't drizzle the crepes with the sauce for the to-go orders as they would have for dine-in, which is also a good thing as the crepes could get soggy and we wouldn't want that.

I didn't get my birthday freebie, but that didn't matter as what I did get was even better. I got to eat crepes that were delicious and the sauces that came with were an extra bonus! I'm not usually one for decorations, but the way the staff at CoCo Crêpes, Waffles & Coffee in Sugarland decorated my meal was thoughtful and nice. They didn't have to do it, they could have just went ahead and asked what I wanted to order, which would have been fine. Elnaz and the rest of the staff not only took the time to decorate my meal, but Elnaz gave me a better gift than any freebie could and that was the gift of kindness and thoughtfulness with her thoughtful message, something our society could ALWAYS have more of.

Thank you Elnaz and the rest of the staff for the great food and for being awesome people! BE KIND Y'ALL! =)

The food and service was good. I'm also glad this place serves halal chicken. The crepes are delicious I love chicken and spinach crepes. I also like peanut butter, strawberry jam and banana crepes.

Definitely will not be returning. The vanilla bean ice cream was good, the rest of the experience was horrible. To start, the tables and surfaces were … sticky. My wife and I just kept our hands in our lap while waiting for food. Her chai tea was good, the standard black coffee tasted… I don’t know how to explain it other than you could taste that the coffee makers / coffee pots have never been cleaned. I can pretty much drink any black coffee, this was the first time I have ever just turned it down. Ordered a waffle and French toast. Everything came on paper plates. Waffle was crunchy and hard to cut with the plastic silverware provided. The strangest part though is it had no flavor, not to be confused with bland or bad flavor, but absolutely no flavor. Much like I’d assume a pencil eraser would taste, or maybe moist cardboard. The French toast looks amazing, but left much to be desired. We just got up and left, and went somewhere else to eat. I wanted to get a refund and let them know something is wrong in the kitchen, based off other reviews there is no way this is their normal, the wife preferred to leave quietly though, so we cut our losses and left. It’s hard to believe a place named for waffles and coffee has coffee that was probably brewed in an old boot and waffles that were likely a UPS box in a past life.

Oh baby my new favorite place. Coco crepe is a quality place. We had Nutella crepe with strawberries and cappuccino. Crepe was really satisfying. Not too sweet and made fresh to order. Cappuccino reminded me of Italy. Huge portions and fresh food. Love this place.

Absolutely love this CoCo. I have pretty much become a regular at this location and the staff is the sweetest. We are always greeted with a warm welcome, their coffees are to die for, and their food is absolutely delicious. Ruby and her coworkers are absolutely incredible. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. During this pandemic, it has been the good I needed to see in this world. (And they follow all COVID-19 guidelines, I always feel safe here). I 100% recommend CoCo Crepes, Waffles &Coffee Sugar Land.
