Family comes here every weekend. The staff is extremely kind and attentive and the food is amazing, especially the Chicken Fried Steak. If you get a chance, ask for a slice of Earthquake Cake, warmed up with ice cream. You won't regret it!

Stopped by for my second time. The first time in about 10 years. The food was absolutely great. Started off with fried pickles, they were pretty good. The hamburger steak was cooked perfectly with a burst of flavor. My sides were homemade mac and cheese and green beans, both of which were cooked nicely and had a delectable flavor.

Wonderful service and great food. Cute country chic atmosphere. I highly recommend any of the desserts!

Average diner food. They were nice enough but the food could use some improvement.

Cute, laid-back, country style cafe. Excellent service. Friendly staff. My husband has declared their BLT as "the best, not to big, just right". My crispy chicken salad was yummy. We'll go again and try their "larger-than-the-plate" chicken fried steak and a piece of homemade pie.

We went for lunch on a Tuesday. We were greeted when we came in by the owner. We ordered the fried mushrooms w/white gravy as an appetizer. They were hot and delicious. My mother had enchiladas and a side order of the German potato salad, because it's so tasty. She loved her food. I ordered chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. I recommend the white gravy instead of the brown. The green beans were very plain, but the cfs was plentiful and flavorful . The restaurant was completely full, but the servers were efficient and friendly.

Good scratch kitchen comfort food style. Average prices for the quality of food, dated facility with average cleanliness but this is part of its charm and style of an old fashioned country store feel. I am a local but the service was curt and cliquish.

First time going there and I felt like family. They were super friendly and everyone that came in greeted one another because they knew each other. It is a good place to gather with friends and prices are reasonable
