An absolute must have for coffee spots in Texas. Encountered four different staff members both days I️ visited as I️ was in town for work, the service, conversation, and attitudes I️ got from everyone in the truck was just awesome! The coffee is great in each drink I tried and even took home two bags of whole beans! Wish this spot was in every town!

Theory is by far my favorite favorite favorite coffee place. Every coffee I've gotten has been consistent in taste and quality. They have cream, milk (Mill King for those who care) and homemade almond milk (vegan) as dairy adds and offer pastries by Cest' La Vie. Customer service is great, it's so good that I am often annoyed by the wait time because people are so chatty with Mark (owner/coffee artist) and his crew. Totally worth the wait though.

Amazing! First morning here in San Antonio and I set out to find some decent coffee, and boy did I! It just so happened to be right down the street from where I'm staying and doesn't look like much when you pull up. The guy working there was great at helping me with my selections and it all tastes amazing! I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely delicious. Didn't know what I wanted so I took their suggestion for a honey latte. There were 4 milk options, including lactose free, which was fantastic because the friend I went with is lactose intolerant. The guys were very friendly and easy to chat with while they made our delicious honey lattes. Yum!

LONG REVIEW:
First time here passing through for a drive from Houston to Phoenix. I was expecting a nice coffee shop but it's actually just a coffee truck lol so that took me for surprise and wasn't very sure about getting a coffee there. There was a line and we were on a schedule so we decided to try it, and am I happy we did! The guys in there were extremely ice and helpful! We had no idea what to order since there was no menu but they guided us by asking what we like and what we drink. I got a caramel latte with 2% milk and my boyfriend got the latte with oat milk, the milk made my tummy hurt a bit but next time I'd get coconut milk. My boyfriend said he liked it strong so they gave him two shots of espresso and one shot was complimentary which I thought was really nice of them. They sell food and wanted to get something but there was a line behind us so we didn't want to hold it up anymore. The coffee was really caffeinated too which was perfect! Amazing coffee with awesome service and people!!

Stopped here with my boyfriend for a quick cup of coffee. I had no idea what I wanted, and you selected a coffee for me and made it exactly how I asked. Not too sweet, with a load of caffeine. It was so delicious! My boyfriend even loved his coffee, and he does not even really like coffee. Definitely going back for another cup before work today!

Let me start by saying I'm not a diehard coffee drinker, my wife is though. This is her favorite. It's definitely the best coffee I've ever had. I typically have a couple people ahead of me in line, so it takes about as long as that big box coffee shop down the street. If you like coffee you should at least give this small business owner a try, he works hard to make a great cup of coffee.

I pass by Theory Coffee every day on my way to work! I finally stopped to get a latte, it was perfect! Super quick, in and out and made it to work on time! Another morning, I stopped to get a large cinnamon coffee.... Amazing!
