i'm SOOOOO glad sa isn't like every other city in the country with a starbucks on every corner, because here, you can try epically fantastic coffee at a place like THIS!

best cup i've had since visiting toronto like 20 years ago.

do yourself a favor - break up with starbucks & give this place a visit.

I will say this place not only has the best coffee but the best customer experience I’ve ever had. They might not remember my name just yet but they do remember how I like my coffee. I always get a smile and warm greeting and always asking how I’m doing. They always ask me if I’m getting my usual and make it the same way every time, super impressed especially by how busy they always are.

Love the coffee, homemade pop tarts, and donuts here! They're fast, friendly, and clean!

Probably the best coffee in San Antonio. Consistently good and well made, their cups of Joe make your mornings glorious.

Theory is my go to coffee stop! Staff are friendly and fast, cappuccino's are smooth and oh so lovely. All around great vibes!

Decent coffee. Not much parking so you'll hope to find a spot and that the line moves quickly (seems to be the case). No Splenda ... they offered Stevia but anyone can tell you they don't taste the same. For an Americano I wouldn't go out of my way to get Theory versus hitting a Red Runner, On the Grind, or Dutch Bros.

Espresso is always on point. Favorite spot in SA.

Great place to grab a brew - especially if you are transiting on 410 near New Braunfels. They know their beans and stock surprisingly good pastries (which go fast). Also a nice place to sit under the trees. Definitely one of the top coffee spots.

I love supporting small businesses and this one did not disappoint! I tried the iced vanilla honey oat milk latte and it was so smooth and not overly sweet. The service was friendly and fast. This is a must visit for great coffee and pastries.
