Great spot for coffee lovers! Happenned to be in the neighborhood and came because of the reviews. I confirm it's a cool place.

This was my first time at Theory Coffee Company. I had.a Vanilla Latte. It was a cup of Pure Perfect Happiness. So Rich, Smooth and Creamy. You will not be disappointed. This Cup Of coffee has ruined all other Coffee for me. Thank you Theory Coffee Company for raising the bar on Coffee.

I found this little cool coffee truck last week. The only draw back is...it was hard to find because I was expecting a brick and mortar store, so I literally drove past it. Word of warning...it's on the corner of 410 and Nacogdoches...and it's A FOOD TRUCK!!!! That's the only thing that was a draw back. If you want to consider that a draw back. Now onto the review:

They are an Austin based company, but everyone in the coffee truck is from San Antonio. And oh man, the coffee is good. Beans are nice and mellow, they aren't acidic and aren't to strong. The service is pretty quick since you have to get out of your car to order. They do have a limited menu since it's a coffee truck, so it's mainly just coffee...drip, lattes, etc. No blended. They did ask if I wanted my latte iced. They do have pastries. I tried the chocolate scone and didn't care for it. But who ever made the Pecan Praline Pop Tart needs to locked up for life and made to mass produce those. O.M.G!!! Those were next to heaven. They were homemade and WOW!!! Honestly, they were too good. Very sweet and sooo not Keto friendly! So, if you need to kill yourself with a sugar coma...get that, you can't go wrong. And if you find yourself jonesing for some coffee and your by the airport, swing by Theory Coffee and hop out. Excellent coffee, service and Pecan Praline pastries!

Great customer service, really tasty coffee both hot and cold, quick and super friendly.

They love coffee and it shows. Great roast. Friendly crew. Try the honey-cinnamon latte, you will not be disappointed.

Family owned. Great. Great coffee. What more do I need to say? Perfect place to get quality coffee & great customer service.

Took a 10 minute detour on our 5 hour trip back home to grab a cup of coffee for me and my husband. The guys were really chill and fixed us up great lattes based on the very vague preferences we gave them. 10/10 would recommend. I'll definitely stop back by here on our next trip to San Antonio.

Dear owner,
Was trying out a new spot based off a friends recommendation but I disliked it. Went to the pickup side first and was rudely told I was on the wrong side of the truck, first timer and all. Ordered two different lattes, didn't like either of the drinks, I thought they tasted burnt. Also got a donut that was pretty tasty but I felt overpriced. Then you were very rude on this platform. Rather then reaching out and just asking why I was disappointed in your business, you kind of attacked me.

These guys are on the grind 6 days a week. Unlike most coffee shops in SA, these guys serve coffee at the decent hour of 6 AM (7 on Saturdays). Coffee and drinks are all top notch. Mark is one of the most loved coffee slingers in the area. Go get some, you won’t be disappointed.
