A HUGE shout out to Mark & his staff!! Theory is argumentatively the best little coffee gem in San Antonio...possibly even Texas! Its a great place to stop in the morning or in the afternoon for a quick perk. Don't be deterred by a long line, believe me, your coffee is 100% worth the wait and besides that, it goes super quick! Mark knows my order by heart [2 reg. latte, 1 chai tea latte] and doesn't fail to deliver perfection each and every time!!

Mark serves the best cup of coffee in San Antonio and I have no problem spending money at Theory. If you like coffee & cool people I'd encourage you to stop by & support this small business. I've met so many interesting people while standing in line for a drink, most of which have become good friends. You get the quality & professionalism of a 5 star establishment without the negatives of a modern day coffee shop. You'll never trip on a chord that's charging a computer or stand for half an hour because there's a backpack occupying the chair next to you. Instead you'll get to chill on picnic tables and pet dogs. Mark & his staff are a rare bunch and they're constantly moving behind the scenes to make sure everyone that visits theory has an awesome experience. Be cool and go support the family men that get up at 4 am to make your morning a little nicer.

A coffee truck! The world has answered my call! The coffee here is great and priced accordingly to typical coffee prices. (about 4.50 for their typical size latte) the guys there are nice and since its a truck, the stop to pick up your morning joe is pretty quick. Parking isn't the best but if you can find a spot to squeeze into get your butt out and try Theory Coffee.

The best Coffee truck in all of SA! I follow them on instagram and go every saturday morning for bikes and coffee. The people running it are always good to talk to, the corner lot they have leaves you outside enjoying the city with a fresh cup of coffee in hand. Best way to start your days! Oh and the fresh pastries are delicious as well.

Stopped by this morning to try this place out, very cute. I'm a big fan of strong hot coffee and all I have to say is I wasn't disappointed. Looking forward to trying more of their items. Shout out to the fellas for helping me pick a coffee quick so I could get to work on time. Appreciate ya!

Amazing coffee! Starbucks tastes like dirty water compared to Theory

I was looking for espresso close to the hospital. I searched Google Maps for espresso and found Theory. I was intrigued by the concept of a concession trailer and noted the few but highly scored reviews. I am an espresso aficionado and am particular about my espressos. I choose not to support the giant (they have horrible espresso anyway). I look for local shops using locally roasted beans... POWER to the small business owner! I watched Mark finish a drink for the person ahead of me when I arrived this morning. I could tell right away that Mark was intense about his craft. I ordered a quad espresso, macchiato style and Mark went to work weighing the ground coffee in the portafilter and then weighing the drink, too. This further proved to me Mark's knowledge and skill in his chosen craft. Mark described his espresso as fruity but not too much. It was excellent and I will be back as a regular!

The best cold brew in the city hands down! I've had most, if not all of them. Great service, Mark has my order ready before I even make it to the window most days. Definitely recommend!

This is some of the best coffee I have had as I travel across America. The fact that they use local non-homoginized milk ought to make everyone stop there on purpose. They don't scorch the milk and the coffee is an amazing blend of smooth & bold. My 11 yo says the hot chocolate is amazing and the home-made caramel in the machiato can't be beat. I even bought a t-shirt!
