The Bean Cafe Restaurant-Bar

We were passing through and had a super lunch. My Avocado and Cheese Sandwich and old fashioned fries were delicious My husband really enjoyed the Chile Verde con Carne plate, too. Super friendly staff and place!

Just rolled in to The Bean Cafe, unannounced, 6 adults and 8 children and they made room and served us some of the best food that we've had in days. Family-owned establishment and everyone was extremely friendly. Don't miss this place (and their nachos) if you're passing through!

We wanted a coffee break in Presidio after driving through the Big Bend Ranch State Park. The coffee is fine and the service impeccable. It is also very clean and the staff all wore masks. Current (as of 4/2/21) hours are 8 AM to 8 PM. We’re glad we stopped here!

We were on our first trip through Presidio, but were happy we found the Bean Cafe. The place had a great vibe. Customers and staff were very friendly. We had a great breakfast and got on the road in good spirits. The Bean Cafe is only open fir breakfast and lunch, but you should definitely stop if you find yourself in Presidio.

We've eaten here several times and been super happy every meal. The french toast is quite good, but that red asado is amazing! Local favorite

Had the Spartan Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, toasts bacon, french roast and pancake. Awesome. Friendly efficient service. Really clean restaurant. Definitely will return.

My wife had "The Bean Omelette" and I had the basic 2 eggs over medium with bacon, hash browns and toast. The omlette had spinach, mushrooms, and onions. We were both very happy with our breakfasts. I also had coffee and my wife had hot tea. The service was great too.

Just finished up a long weekend at Big Bend Ranch State Park, and stopped in for breakfast before hitting the road. The reviews did not lie, this place is great! Juevos rancheros were AMAZING, just the right punch of spice. And the homemade tortilla chips were a nice yummy touch. Our waitress was friendly and the restaurant and restrooms were super clean. Will definitely make it a point to come back next time we visit the park.

My wife and I were pretty hesitant to stop here, as we were just passing through on our way to Terlingua. Zero regrets. Get the chicken breast sandwich - best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Perfectly marinated. Very sweet people.
