Way too much stock at okay prices. The staff is okay, some are no help while others are good at giving directions for what you are looking for but not much more. The website has better options than the store. The store prices are not the same as the website which is disappointing.

The store has covered the original prices with a white and put a higher price on the item. After seeing it several times I walked out. Highly disappointed.

Normally LOVE this place. But last time it was almost unbearably hot inside and horribly muggy. Don't know if the air was broken or what. Couldn't get everything I needed it was too hot to stay any longer. Thought I was going to pass out.

This is a good place to purchase items for the home at decent prices. Cashiers are pretty friendly. Be prepared to wait in long lines.

Absolutely horrible horrible service!! Tried to go in there and purchase $400. But I was stopped by the horrible customer service, not only by the sales person but by the manager on duty! Niether one could answer simple questions, niether one was concerned about helping me, and they obviously don't care about losing a 400 sale. So I went to Ross instead and got everything I needed and saved $100. At home is a big joke, quality is lousy and so is the pricing! Will never return!

Halloween has popped up here!! Some T'giving and a very little bit of C'mas. Bit HALLOWEEN IS AMAZING! Glass pumpkins, blow up scariness and lots of signs, spiders 🕷, skeletons and other goodies. Enjoy!!

This place is barely ok. Several times I have found the same product in other stores at a better price. It's extremely unorganized. Pots and planters are all over the place and nobody to help you with getting the item from a high rack. My husband had to climb in one of their ladders to the highest rack to fetch one planter because one employee, Austin, just blew us off. No manners or customer
care whatsoever. Another time, we asked the manager for an specific lamp reported in the at Home website that they had several in store, but he told us that their inventory was too messy as to find it! What's the point. I should buy online! Lesson learned.

I normally have a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, this time has not been so great. I'm not sure that any company is okay that 6 items of their inventory goes missing from their store. The manager today, on the other hand makes it sound like it's just a glitch in the device he was using to look said product up. Not happy. He then asks me if I would like him to look for it and I nodded happily thinking he would do more than glance at the rows where the product was supposed to be. Then he gets on his walkie talkie and asks someone else if they have any ideas where the 6 missing items may be. She gives him an answer and he doesn't go look for it. He just says that they dont have them and would we like him to call another store for the product. Well, no. I want you to find the 6 missing ones at your store so I dont have to drive another 20 miles thanks. Still haven't heard of the other store has it or not. That was 30 minutes ago.

I do not typically write reviews; however I felt compelled to write this one. This was my first time to visit this location. The customer service was awful. I had a hard time finding a sales clerk to help me and when I did find one, they made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I did end up purchasing patio furniture, which was a large purchase and I had to ask if someone could help me load it into my car. The gentleman that helped me load it was also unfriendly. I almost did not make the purchase because of the poor customer service; however I needed the patio furniture.
