At Home

Lots of goods, they constantly update their items and bring more new products. Also, returning is very easy of you are not happy with your purchase. And, they have some beautiful carpets of any sizes.

Another great at home location.

Prices are within reason but a premium than other similar stores.

Staff was friendly and store well kept.

This was my first visit ever to an At Home store and I was beyond thrilled, and overwhelmed but in a good way. I didn't know what to expect and had no idea the store was so gigantic, but everything is laid out in clearly marked sections. The aisles were fully stocked and the store was clean and well-staffed which is kind of rare lately due to Covid shortages. My main reason for going was Halloween/Autumn decor and I was not disappointed. There were endless displays of everything I was looking for, from artisan glass pumpkins to string lights. I probably spent over an hour in that store since there was so much Halloween inventory, and walked out without having to empty my wallet because their prices are so low. Thanks At Home!

Maybe it was an off day but we ended up waiting in line for almost half an hour because the cashier couldn't process a return and they didn't call up any other cashiers. Seems priced higher than similar stores without better quality. If it hasn't had exactly the item id been looking for would have just left.

First time visit to At-Home they have great collections of products decorating your home. Size of the store was large and well maintained. They also have great seasonal stuff.

Oh Boy ! Found great Artwork.....metal wall accessories.....wooden plaques...A palm tree that was decent for the price. .
Am furnishing an entire living area for a customer with accessories, drapes, table & benches...PILLOWS !!! Amazing prices on prints & 'jaclee' canvas wall Art....fairly good quality ~

Another of my favorite places to shop, but for sure if you see it and you like it buy it . It might not be there when you go back. Alot available online but they don't always have it for curb pick up it might not have been delivered to the store yet it could mean its coming so I missed out on my valentine placemats.

Reasonable prices, great selection, conveniently located at the Stone Hill Town Center alongside Dick's and Petco. There's also plenty of restaurants nearby, a Home Depot and a Target with a grocery section. the AtHome store is quite big, expect to spend at least an hour going through one aisle. They've got everything you can think of decorating your home. And the staff are always so friendly, and they keep the store in tip-top shape.

Don't keep accurate stock quantity available online, resulting in placing a same-day order that then get's cancelled by on-site staff (without notification via email or text, or explanation as to why).

When calling the store, the answer I received was (almost verbatim), "Yeah, our stock is kinda all over the place and super messy right now... so someone probably went to look for it, and couldn't find it, and just cancelled the order... Um, sorry you didn't get an email [hangs up]".

Super disappointing, and no faith that an online order for store pick-up (or stock-levels posted online) are going to be fulfilled / are faithful to what's in-stock.

This is not the individual stores issue but a corporate issue as it is their policy. I would give no stars if possible. I have never shopped at any AtHome Store before. I bought a Christmas tree for my yard before christmas for $43 that only lit up for a day. It was defective. With everything going on this holiday, I wasn't able to bring it back until today and I was only given a $10+ refund as it was on sale. No store I have ever been to has done this. Guess I just donated $33 to the CEO's pocket. Don't think I'll be back.
