Dismal inventory - not particularly their fault as Christmas goods are ravaged everywhere right now due to COVID demand and diminishes seasonal orders. However, they look like a tsunami hit them. Needs a good cleaning/sorting of the remaining stuff.

I love this place! Its hard to walk out empty handed 😂 I do wish some aisles were organized better, like the pillow aisle, it's hard for 2 carts to pass through & some pillows were on the floor making it hard to maneuver. But over all you will discover some good finds

This is probably the most convenient place for housewares whether it's decor, organization or other knick knacks. Most of the things I am looking for, I would have to make multiple stops but not when I go here. Prices are not too bad but I prefer to shop the sale items. I'd like to note that the staff seems to be few and far between so good luck if you need something from up high. I think I saw one staff person on the floor on my last shopping trip. And when I went to check out, one of two cashiers walked out with a customer to help him carry a rug; there were several people in line and while I wasn't in a hurry, it didn't seem very efficient for a busy Saturday.

LOVE At Home!!!!! They have such a great selection of home decor. Everything from pictures, picture frames, knickknacks, candles to bedding, furniture and outdoor living furniture and decor. This place is just awesome. Prices are great and normally helpful staff. They also have a nuce clean restroom for their customers. When it comes to Holiday Season decor thisnis definitely a one stop shop! They have everything you will need in every color possible! Don't forget to stop back by for end of season sales....They are the best prices around!

I've seen comparisons of the new location & name to the previous Garden Ridge. I only visited Garden Ridge when they were closing so things were a mess and picked over. So my perspective going into At Home was fresh. I'd heard about it and as a home accessories lover (who am I kidding I just love shopping). I couldn't wait to stop in.
I found myself stopping by one Sunday morning before going grocery shopping. It's a pretty big store and was well organized. It was not crowded which was fantastic. I was able to move about without worrying about others being in my way. I went in with some items in my mind that I was interested in. However, as I browsed up and down every aisle (yes every aisle!) my list grew. So many things I want in my new apt when I move next month. Luckily I kept things somewhat under control and did not spend all my money.
I came across a couple employees who were nice but no one bothered me while I was shopping. I appreciated this. I just like to be able to find an employee when I need them vs them bothering me every few minutes. Let me shop in peace....There's some serious thinking going on when I am shopping.
Two things I was looking for I did not see. One was flatware and chair seat covers. Also there could be some improvements to the dinnerware offerings (Note all things that were on my wish list lol).
Lastly, be sure to look at whatever it is your buying. Some items I picked up (before buying) had some noticeable imperfections. I imagine these imperfections are why things are so cheap.

Worse customer experience! Came in looking for a table that showed 2 in stock online. I tried them after living spaces but I will be going back for sure! They decided that since it was to hard to look for the item they would give up and didn't bother trying anything else for me. I can not believe I wasted my time after hearing a good review from a friend. Living spaces always goes above and beyond. Wow just WOW!!

Just about any decor items you would ever need. Almost too much. There have been times when we have gone in for one thing and found a bunch of other things. The prices are generally good, but still best to sale shop. The staff is a little hard to find except when it's time to check out.

The store is always clean and tidy. Staff are helping to put in social distancing measures. There's now a large selection of Christmas decorations and decor as well.

Saw a picture I really liked at the store in Cedar Park and bought it. Wanting more like it, I went to the At Home website and saw there are 2 more in the same series at the Pflugerville store which showed they were both in stock so I ordered them. Shortly after, I received and email saying one of them was not available. When I went to pick it up I asked about the other one which I saw as being available at the San Marcos store. They would not transfer it to either Cedar Park or Pflugerville. This means I would have to drive over 60 miles each way to pick up a $40 picture. I created a ticket on their customer service site. Within minutes, I received an automated response. After that, crickets. No response whatsoever in almost two weeks. Lesson learned, only believe what you can see in the store. Anything online is at best questionable. At Home should be ashamed of their lack of customer service.

This store used to be garden ridge. I used to work for them about 20 years ago. I then left for the military and was gone for 20 years. Came back and learned the garden ridge building I worked at was demolished, which made me sad a bit. It was such a cool place to shop. But fortunately, I learned At Home was garden ridge but updated. So, happy to be in their stores from time to time.
