Soo yummy ❤️ Crepe's, Coffees, Paninis, Maccaroons, Canolli, Breads, Pastries, Soups and the Atmosphere is to die for. Chandelier in the lounge area with European 3D Paintings throughout the Bistro. Outside seating as well, shaded Alley. Also great place to take pictures.

We love the idea of this place and the food options are beautiful and plentiful, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Spending $70 for 3 people and having to wait standing to order for over 10 minutes, and the only menu is on a screen at the top of the ceiling that rotates to where you can barely read you can order. They are card only and still charge a 3% charge for using your credit card and the guy at the register can’t answer any of the questions presented.
The food was prompt, and fresh. But don’t ask for a cup of water to go with your meal even if you order a coffee because the only water option is to purchase a bottle of water.
The tables are not serviced and I’d blame it on being short of staff, but the staff there were not too busy to talk with their friends that were there. So we bussed ourselves a table so we would have a place to sit.
I’m all about supporting local, but I’d would hope to get local friendly customer support that reflects the community we live in, to go with it.

Oh and pretty sure the “Nutella crepe” my daughter order for $13, needs to be renamed a “Hershey’s syrup crepe”

Update: this restaurant is under new management and now has excellent customer service. The restaurant maintains its European charm and menus items, including homemade croissants. I look forward to being a regular customer!

Delightful and clean setting. The croissants are true to French style: buttery and flaky. The crepes are wonderful as well, with sweet and savory options.

The coffee is just ok. I would have expected more from a French restaurant but it works.

The water policy amounts to a terrible customer experience. If you are sipping your cappuccino and enjoying your savory crepe, and just need a little water to wash it down, your only option is to buy a plastic bottle of water. No tap water allowed. Environmental issues aside, it doesn’t consider the customer. Some just want a sip or two, not an entire bottle that one is stuck taking home after because it wasn’t needed. What’s wrong with letting your customers have tap water?! You can charge for use of a cup if needed. This policy is not well thought through from the customer experience perspective.

I read through the reviews and was very surprised to see that upon complaining about cold and overcooked food the owner told a patron “please don’t come back”. She then went on to encourage the patron to try McDonalds. I don’t understand why the owner went into a customer service field if this is her attitude

Fabulous food, service and ambience. First really good crepes I’ve had in many years. Macarons are incredible. Must give this place a try!

They have some very yummy food and desserts! Unfortunately, they do not always have all the product on display, so go early. Two of the three times I've been here we had to change our order because they were out of what we wanted.

Loved this place. The lattes are great and the crepes and paninis are savory. The Toscana crepe was so tasty. It was as if I was tasting a beautiful garden. This place is a must if you enjoy coffee and good food.

What a delightful little Cafe! The food was delicious and the lattes so good we each had two!! Even though they were short-staffed (as so many restaurants are now), this Mother-Daughter team provided excellent, cheerful service. We ate inside the charmingly decorated dining area then had our dessert lattes in the outside seating area where we enjoyed the cool breeze and the chirping birds. You should definitely give this place a try.....we'll be returning very soon!

The croissants are light and flakey. The chicken salad is wonderful. But if you don't like celery ask to have it taken off. I loved it.
The Italian sodas are great too. Old world charm just lovely. And they where so nice.

The price wouldn’t bother me for quality food. The food was well below average food. The “most popular” Toscano panini was nothing special. It was served with potato chips. There was not a whole chip on the plate, all crumbs like the bottom of the bag. My wife’s quiche was small below average and mostly crust.

My husband and I visited this location today and absolutely loved it. The crepes were the best we’ve ever had!! They were absolutely phenomenal, anywhere we travel we always eat crepes and these beat any we’ve ate. Not only was the food amazing, but the workers were so kind. Now in days we mentally prepare to wait just because of how the restaurant business is currently, it’s no one’s fault but they were still attentive and took the time to make conversation with us. The gentleman who made our food was such a great guy and conversationalist. We live in NB and will definitely return. Thank you guys for what you do!
