The Standpipe Coffee House

Awesome place. Eclectic and cozy at the same time. Best thing: PET FRIENDLY. My visit was very pleasant as I was traveling with my dogs and I asked if we could maybe sit outside with them, the barista not only welcomed me, but also invited me to bring my dogs inside. What an amazing surprise. Pet parents will understand the feeling. I had an ice mocca and it was delicious. This is a jewel in the heart of Lufkin.

Tried their gluten friendly scone and it was the best scone I’ve ever had! If I could order them online and have them mailed I would definitely do it!

Great tasting coffee! Smooth, strong and no bitterness. Awesome atmosphere, laid back and great downtown location. I travel all over the u.s. on work doing expedite delivery and I will definitely be back here to get coffee whenever in the area again....update** delivered in the area again and made it back to this awesome coffeehouse!

Very mellow coffee shop with friendly and fast service. The signature drinks are fantastic and the vibe is very chill. Definietly a place you could sit and work from.

Love this place! We stumbled upon it while driving around on a Sunday. My husband loves the white chocolate mocha and I love the criminal blended/hot. My kids even got in on the blended caramel and fig scones. This place is definitely better than Starbucks!

Weird place. Strange looking baristas that could've been ripped right outta the page of some downtown metropolitan progressive pro-abortion nightmare coffee house; the only thing missing was the green hair. Coffee was unremarkable - was charged an extra $1.50 for a splash of oatmilk. When did I pull into California? A group of nerdy loud emasculate "christians" with too much emotion and not enough country will probably sit next to you and make you see why some don't cling to Jesus. They probably attend 'City Church'. Will not return out of preference AND principle. It was an overall annoying experience.

Well, they haven't yet, but I committed to 6 months at Whataburger, so I might consider backing up their baristas in the future. Fantastic place to meet local folks.

This coffee house is amazing! I just got the a blended Standpipe Signature Latte and it was absolutely sweet to the taste! It has cream on top and chocolate on top! Just what I needed in this hot Texas weather! Defnitely coming back again!!!

Great place to relax with a cup o' Joe. Gentle ambiance with outdoor seating to enjoy the local area.
