Krispy Kreme

Terrible service. At 7am I sat at a dark drive through sign with no response from inside, so I pulled to the window where everyone inside was more concerned with everything except serving customers. The person at the window said through the glass that they'd be with me in a moment. After continuing to wait, I finally just left.

They didn't have an advertised special. They even had a sign on the menu and they still said they didn't have "mini's for Mom" They acted like they didn't even know what I was talking about. Pretty bad experience...

Felt really bad for the lone kid working both the inside register as well as the drive through all by himself…while I counted 5 other employees one of them being the manager I believe all laughing and chatting it up towards the back of the store while this kid has a line in the drive thru and people waiting (myself included) inside the store as well. Definitely not the kids felt though. Same exact story on several occasions. Told the kid if he were to quit the store would sink. Donuts are good but one kid can’t hold the store up by himself. Very poorly managed store.

Donuts the size of mini donuts and when I questioned the girl she was extremely rude! And then charged me .20 extra for a strawberry sprinkle when I was already getting a mixed dozen. I’d be ashamed to have my name associated with this rundown store!

We were so happy we decided to go to Krispy Kreme this morning! The woman working the drive thru was amazing! Give that woman a raise! She was so sweet and on it! She is what customer service is about and I have worked in customer service for 15 years! The donuts were very good! Very pleased!

Ordered the Fall variety on the app and went to restaurant. Got to speaker and was told to pull ahead. Waited about 15 minutes in line (no issue it was a busy Sunday morning) and got to window to be told they were completely out of what I ordered. I asked to substitute and they said they had nothing to sub with.... so I told them to cancel and drove off. A week later my card was still charged.... after calling I was told to come up to the store and speak with manager. 2 minutes later after disputing with my bank online, money was back on my bank card.

UPDATE- went back today to try again and change rating and....AGAIN... didn't have and was told we could wait an hour. But... they did refund immediately this time

Poor management...

New to Lubbock, love Krispy Kreme but if you are used to big city Krispy Kreme then you will be disappointed here. This place is run down. On Sunday's (the only time my family craves donuts) they never have anything other than glazed and chocolate. The glazed donuts always look like they were made the night before. Signs all over saying "Try this new donut" but you can't because they aren't made because apparently they "opened 30 min ago" (it was 10am when I went) on a Sunday when their hours say they open at 6:30am. Also, the drive through speaker rarely works. So if you're going for glazed, make sure you go the night before and make sure you walk in. Otherwise go to a different donut shop. I will be from now on.

Best doughnuts in town but never can open on time. Sat for 20 minutes waiting and only ever saw 1 guy with no headset. At 6:25 an employee/manager pulled us and didn’t even acknowledge my son and I standing at the front door. So rude!

We had a fundraiser and the staff was awesome! Answered all my questions, fulfilled our order and did everything they could to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you Jocie, Ruby and all staff!
