Krispy Kreme

I took my two grandkids there on a Sunday afternoon. There were no other customers. Two or three people working there, and nobody had wiped off any of the tables or mopped the floor and it was pretty dirty. I just don’t understand why managers don’t teach their workers how to keep the store clean anymore. The donuts were delicious however.

The Manager was horrible. When I asked for. His bosses name he Would not provide his bosses name. It was super dirty inside the store. The floor was stained. They had very few donuts to sell and turned away every customer because the manager said he was working on filling a school order of 3000 so the rest of the customers did not matter. When we asked to talk to his boss he threaten to call the cops. The manager looked like a convict with tattoos all over his neck and arms. Several customers were upset that this is a place to sell donuts and they had a handful to sell. This store location is horrible.

Every experience I’ve had with this location recently has been horrible. They don’t care about customers, so don’t waste your money here. I got there today at 6:20 and tried going through the drive-thru…the employee was sitting outside the store on their phone. Then I pull around to go inside, but the door was locked and another employee is sitting down on their phone at a table. The website advertised they open at 6 but apparently not…had lots of customers outside and they didn’t care enough to let us know anything. Never receiving my business again :(

Wow!! This place has gone downhill since it first opened. Tried to go a couple times since I was craving donuts. The first time i went it seems the speaker system does not work. Pulled up to the window and saw a person inside but he would not come to the window. Almost 5-8 mins later the line behind me starting getting longer and someone started honking the horn. The guy that was there finally came to the window and said he can't help us because he only makes the donuts and their wasn't anyone that could work the cash register cause they haven't came to work yet. Fast forward a couple of weeks I decided to give them one more shot. Today 2/8/20 Saturday morning I pull up and actually see both windows open and 2 people actually at their stations. Pulled up to be told that they don't have donuts and that their donut machine is broken. Lol should have known. I put all the blame on their management and leadership..saw alot these 1 star reviews and now I know why. Hopefully management changes will be made soon or this place might not be here for much longer

Came to get a dozen of regular Krispy Kreme donuts at 10pm, an hour til closing and we were told they weren’t making anymore until tomorrow. Their speaker box to order is never working and when you pull up to the window the person at the window always has an attitude. This isn’t our first bad experience BUT come on. Y’all sell donuts why aren’t there any available?

We pulled up at 7:54pm. The OPEN light was and the sign on the drive through window said they were open until 10:00. The drive through speaker didn't work (per the paper sign), so when someone finally came to the window, he said they had closed at 8:00, but it wasn't even 8:00. We had driven in from 2 hours away, and left greatly disappointed.

Online and on their door the hours say 6-10, we went at 9:30, drove across town and they refused to help us. There was one working sitting down at a table with several dozen donuts obviously for her and another worker throwing away donuts from the case. The open sign was on and all lights. We drove through the drive through and waited, then went to both windows where both employees were avoiding looking at us when we were in plain sight. I’ve never seen a place close down 30 minutes before advertised hours, considering they were all packed up and ready to go by the time we got there seems like they were closed down very early. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location. Are they just sitting there on the clock?? This location must be fixed, it is ruining all of Krispy Kreme for me. Either shut this one down or clean house and retrain all employees and make sure the place is CLEAN.

This shop is just horrible. They last couple times we have gone they don’t have any cake donuts. Today I stopped by at 9:30 on a Saturday, prime donut selling time, and they were out of everything except 1 donut type (some filled donut). The staff don’t seem to care and we even called Krispy Kreme corporate once to let them know this shop was just not cutting the mustard.

Go get Shipleys instead.

I love Krispy Kreme but this location has gone downhill. Store is always dirty, most of the staff is unpleasant, and they RARELY ever have all products available. Most of all, the quality of the donuts have been awful. Threw away nearly a full dozen because the donuts were stale and saturated in rancid oil. Don't see how this place is still open. 2 stars because once in a blue moon they get it right.

Stopped by with 4 kids and my wife- excited for a treat. Plenty of workers but only 2 donuts in the case. But had donuts going through the maker but was told “we’ll get in trouble if we sell you ones off the assembly line, come back in 30-45 minutes”. We did. One worker sitting on the counter. All the cases empty. Glazed donuts going through the assembly line so I ordered 1 dozen of those as there were no other available. Then ordered an iced coffee and were told they were out of coffee. Not a great location or service. Never once did an employee mention that they were sorry for the lack of product.
