PAX has become my go to coffee place. The friendly staff, the high quality of products, and the comfortable ambiance all cumulate to form the best coffee shop.

I’ve never been to Pax before and was driving through with a need for an afternoon pick me up. Place is super cute, loved the vibes. Again, I was the only customer wearing a mask and people looked at me like I was an alien. Coffee was decent, can’t complain, but the service was just sad. No real greeting and when my coffee was ready she just put it down and kept talking to someone else. I asked (politely) if that was mine and again got the alien look like duh. Will honestly say I won’t recommend this place to all my coffee loving friends and family.

Super quiet, cute cafe I DESPERATELY needed for an important zoom call. They were great and the venue worked perfectly. I’d study here for sure

Found this little gem on Sunday 9/15 and just love it. The employee was great and sweet. We had just had breakfast but picked up some great goodies for later. The chocolate chip cookies were soft and full of flavor, we got bagels and coffee cake (which I have to admit is better than mine) this is such a quaint fantastic place I cant wait to get back.

Very good! Visiting Kerrville from Houston.Came here first thing in the morning with my best friend. Had the turkey sandwich and a coffee. Both great! Very reasonable price. Staff was friendly and masked. Would recommend!

So super friendly and wildly accommodating to all snorts of needs! Fresh bakery items were insanely good. I think I need the blueberry muffin every day!

This is a cute little coffee shop in downtown Kerrville! We were visiting and always look to support local coffee shops!

Good ambiance, nice music. Much better than Starbucks if you want to relax, even on an empty day that place is loud. PAX have machines in the back so you don't have to hear all that noise. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable about their products. Good selection in their menu without all that marketing junk to distract from the product. Not many people ask what is in items before ordering but I appreciated them answering my questions. It was very quiet on a Sunday afternoon, possibly because of COVID-19 worries but they were open again and the community loves it!

The ambience was nice, and the blue tones throughout the place are soothing. The coffee was good, as well, and far better than certain chain coffee shops that could be named. Still, for the portion size, a bit higher than can make for regular buying for many.

Love this spot. The coffee is honestly some of the best I've had in the Hill country. Less acidic than Local or other SA favs. The decor is inspiring. The location is solid--close enough to the river gazebo if you need to stretch your legs and grab a view of the Guadalupe.
My favorite is the cold brew.
I'd give five stars if they weren't just a tad pricey. You do get what you pay for, though!
