Liked the design and staff here. Not a fan of their latte but their hot ham sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. It’s also a fantastic location in old downtown Kerrvile.

What can I say - this is a winner.
Wonderful ambiance and great coffee right where you wouldn't expect it. Highly recommended (even if the first time the espresso was over-extracted; it happens!)

PAX coffee is amazing!! I work weird hours so coffee is really important and I won’t go anywhere other than PAX. The coffee may be good but the attitude of the staff is even better!! Check it out if you haven’t already!!!

Another consistently good place in Kerrville. Always friendly with good coffee and pastries. Like the eclectic atmosphere.

Very disappointing for a first visit. Took over 10 mins for them to enter our order on computer. Only after to be told they are out of avocado and turkey. (3 of our sandwiches were turkey.) Then another five to change. Sat for 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Gave us the wrong order for one, luckily checked before walking out. Girl working was beautiful but for personality/an employee, incredibly rude and unapologetic. Waited another ten, she then asked for the mistake order back. Finally got our other sandwich- only to get home and see it was not what I ordered again. A simple cream cheese bagel! And forgot my chips, that were in the box she took back. Over charged. Rude. Sadly Unimpressed.

Sent a coworker to pick up some bagels for breakfast this morning and the two girls working the counter acted uninterested and even forgot one of the bagels. They were more interested in playing on their phones, eating, and talking to each other and ignoring the first request of forgetting the 2nd bagel.

If you don't want Starbucks or Folgers, PAX is really the only option in Kerrville. Cuvee is decent coffee and the nitro brew is a thing of beauty.
Unfortunately everything is overpriced and the baristas are rude and pretentious. It's always a "do I really want that coffee bad enough to put up with whatever the experience is gonna be" dilemma before I go here.

They make me a lavender honey latte that is absolutely amazing, & they're always so sweet & patient with my little girls. The muffins are delicious too!
