Verbena Coffee

I love Verbena’s coffee and atmosphere. The baristas are talented and friendly. You can even buy their in-house roasted beans.

Absolutely amazing local coffee place. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff was very welcoming. I visited during the pandemic and they seem very cognizant of the local health recommendations and took care to decrease contamination potential. Can't wait to visit again!

Friendly staff. I'm a classic drip coffee kind of person. Just straight black coffee. Their daily drip is great. Good selection of treats as well. Just a good atmosphere inside.

Stopped in here with my brother on the way to our mom’s house. The cafe is really modern yet did have a cozy feeling. The drip coffee was really good, had a bold taste and fresh. All around I enjoyed visiting here and I will return again soon.

Verbena Coffee is excellent. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with them to lease them space at Memorial Shopping Center and watch their dream come alive. The space itself is beautiful and warm, and the coffee is really very good. We think Verbena Coffee is an excellent addition to Memorial and will be a great place for the community for years to come!

The coffee was DISGUSTING! I took one sip and threw it away! Their “Nutella Cinnamon” has just dry cinnamon and I have no idea what they refer to Nutella is but it doesn’t taste at all like Nutella. They don’t have much of a selection of syrups (not even the basic ones) and no white mochas. There is also only one size. My husband and I were very disappointed. We are really looking to find a local coffee place to support—this is definitely not it!

Truly lovely new place with a clean, airy ambiance, and a simple but ample coffee menu. Wooden touches, clean lines, and ceramic pots with succulents give the space a modern and slightly Scandinavian vibe, and the coffee is excellent. Don't miss this great new addition to the neighborhood.

Finally specialty coffee in Memorial! They serve specialty roasts from Austin and Houston. I've only had their brewed and cold brewed coffee so far but they were really good. Owners are Memorial locals. One owner stopped and said hello as a friend and I had coffee in their patio.

What a treat. While traveling thru Katy, TX wanted my caffeine fix. Was not in the mood for the usual options. (Starbucks etc) Found Verbena by accident....what luck! This place is great, their staff, their options and their service were on point.
