Long wait, expensive and terrible food. My hot quiche was still cold in the middle and my arugula salad had onions instead of almonds (like the menu described) and the dressing was basically vinegar. Plus portions tiny. Cold quiche and tiny salad for $10!

Enjoyed a cappuccino with a few friends on Sunday afternoon. Close quarters for seating creating a cozy environment. Would recommend for a quality coffee and a quiet study area / place to relax

You can sit down and watch the game/show you want. They have the best Chai Tea latte in Houston. Super friendly staff and I really like their atmosphere. Reasonably priced and dogs are welcomed in they back area.

This place has a great, relaxed, cozy atmosphere. I met a friend here to catch up, there were several people here in the evening on dates or studying with laptops. I ordered a mocha latte and one of their Oreo cookies made from scratch and they were both amazingly delicious.

I live super close, so I often come here to get work done. I have tried a few different coffees at this point, and I swear they literally all taste the same. There’s no reason for a vanilla oat milk latte to taste like a rose cardamom latte, yet I continue to keep coming back and paying $7, so I guess it’s not that bad! Service is good and you can usually find parking pretty easily (there’s also street parking around). It can get pretty crowded, and access to an outlet can sometimes be a challenge. Otherwise, okay place to get work done.

This place is busy! There's a bit of a wait but worth it. Had the Rose Cardamom latte with no added sugar. Delicious. Nutella Muffin for the kids and Chicken empanada for me.

Would've been nice if the staff was smiling understandably they may have had a long morning.
Specialty drinks have at least an additional 15 min wait so be patient for them.
No one busts/ cleans the tables from what we've seen in the hour that we were there so please make sure to bust your own dishes when you're done. Good amount of seating inside and out but since this place is so popular, so be ready to stand a bit. You've got people taking up space working from their laptops and hanging out.
A few options for pastries, and breakfast. Muffins, turkey sandwiches, and empanada's. Join the rewards membership by scanning the code at the counter or adding your email address when paying. Give this place a try!

Got food and coffee, both are ok. Coffee only had one kind of roast which is kind of disappointing. The cashier wasn't very helpful either.
