Great coffe and pastries, wasnt that full when I went but still took a while to get my coffe. Also a bit more pricey compared to other coffe shops I've visited. A great place to study or relax though with outdoor seating. Has a very chill vibe.

A lively and friendly neighborhood coffee shop. Beer and wine are also available. Cute patio area. Parking lot is limited but there is street parking. The coffee is excellent! Highly recommend.

Great coffee, relaxed, comfortable & lively atmosphere . Enjoyed the siphon slow brewed coffee for two and people watched in their outdoor patio area. Also, the el taco grandes are top notch!

Came for lunch and was very happy with the food. It is great food for a coffee shop and prices + options are all great. Cool place to sit and enjoy the food and coffee as well.

If you’re looking for a new mexican style breakfast experience, this is the place. Good variety of delicious breakfast options with great presentation. The cafe has a great vibe. I highly recommend Huevos Rancheros. The sausage benedict is also unique, a benedict made with a flaky pastry and delicious sauce. The coffee is also really good.

As other reviews have pointed out, the place can sometimes be a bit crowded and parking difficult to find.
The staff were friendly and quick.
I had an iced latte and it was solid, not my favorite around.
I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh baked blueberry white chocolate scones, which were still warm when i ordered one. That was the highlight for me! It was delicious and I have been dreaming about the day I snag another one.

Nice place to grab a coffee and have a casual chat with your friend! A lot of people also come here to work on their laptops. Looks like a versatile place ro hang out in. Menu is good enough, not impressive, but really good for a cafe this size. Plenty of outdoor seating area in an L shape. But as is usually the problem with similar cafes, it is often very crowded…

I went there on Saturday afternoon. The place was full but I don’t have to wait long for coffee.

The End

Great, eclectic shop! Wide variety of customers as much as employees, gracious, people talk with each other, they attract the community, arrange local events. Even where people disagree, the business has an air of resilience to welcome everyone who's courteous and enjoy the products during the usual cordial coffee house conversation. Best of luck to the business, and thanks to the employees for the on-the-house best coffee drink of my life in a caffeinated caramel latte that was a wrong order! I don't even like coffee, and caffeine gives me headaches, and they've all been really sweet when we spoke. A lot to learn and be informed on just from people talking and getting to know each other, it doesn't come with the place, it instead makes it and keeps the shop up from the very beginning. Here's to that continuing it's history. Must be weary of surrounding community with shops, schools, and a private "rehab alliance" all within walking distance.

The ambiance. The Java itself. The decor. The ample seating. The breakfast sandwich. The outdoor space. The events that take place. Fast free wi-fi. All those are positives.
The only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the lack of customer service. I can overlook the fact that when I asked the person taking my order how they’re doing, they give you a dead stare… after all, we don’t need to share how we are with everyone. However, when I ask for drink and food recommendations since it’s my first time, I actually expect them to be helpful. But no, they weren’t. They were as dry as a bone. This is how they interact with everyone- even the people that clearly come their daily (as I learned from my conversation with my fellow table mates).
Coffee house culture is all about the vibe of a space. If the person that’s interacting with everyone is not friendly (in a very unsettling way), the owners here are missing on an opportunity to build loyalty with their customers. I could go to Siphon daily but I choose not to because I know I’ll get frigid service. There are many options for great coffee, decor and ambiance. I’d rather go somewhere with a cheerful staff.
