This is a great little cafe. Everything is good and the coffee is delicious. I love the decor and vibe of the cafe and is super easy to park there. This is definitely one of my favorite cafes to enjoy some downtime.

I am a regular customer in this coffee shop but the way I was treated by the the manager of the shop was unprofessional and unacceptable. The manager was so disrespectful of my comments of the coffee I had last time.

The staff here were rude and couldn't be bothered to say anything when you walked up to the counter, they just stared until you ordered. The barista asked for my name but didn’t use it when my order was ready, just yelled out the coffee name that could have been anyones. A very odd and off putting experience to say the least. If I’m going to spend $15 on a coffee and toast I want to at least be treated like a human while I’m there.

Best espresso! Lavender latte with oat milk is delicious and creamy. Lunch and breakfast sandwich are very tasty. They have their own roastery next to the shop, with great beans. Staff at West U are super friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been here twice. Great atmosphere, lovely lovelyyy baristas who are super helpful, informative, and patient. The hot Moroccan mint tea is delicious and they add just the right amount of honey! The second time I stopped by I got a honey lavender latte with oat milk and it was below average tbh, maybe I just don’t like the lavender and coffee combo I felt it had a funky taste. Will definitely be back to try something new.

Good seating and nice vibe, coffee is decent and affordable, the floor was a little dirty.

Honestly, my favorite thing about Cavo is that they don't blast obnoxious music. In so many coffee shops it's hard to focus on anything or even have a conversation. Cavo exemplifies the chill coffee shop vibe that (IMO) all should aspire to.
That said, the coffee and food is great as well. I recommend the cappuccino, and my girlfriend says the teas are quite good. I'll keep coming back and recommending this place to others.

Came in for the first time hoping to have a productive morning. Ordered a matcha latte and breakfast sandwich. Noticed my latte was cold asked if it could be warmed up. The barista with short dark hair gave me attitude and claimed I have had it for 30 minutes (mind you I have been working on a timed test since I got there and it was at 8 minutes). Either way, shouldn't have even mattered how long I have been there. So I just asked for my money back since I refuse to pay for a drink that tastes like luke warm milk and the employees behind the counter start giggling like a bunch of school girls . Never experienced such a childish customer service from an establishment. Will be the first and last time I will step foot in there. For what its worth, the sandwich was decent.

Solid coffee shop. Lovely ambience - full of interesting things to look at and see. Nothing to complain about and would return. Five stars would be a solid pull of espresso that still had crema on the top (maybe just that one I got) - definitely not a complaint as the flavor was still good.
