Great find in rice village. Right off his so er and Kirby, this location is convenient to a lot and even has descent parking. The atmosphere is inviting. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with smiles by a very happy staff. We kept it simple with cappuccinos for each of us and a chocolate croissant and an apple gruyere scone. The pastries were delicious and warmed for us. The cappuccinos were not only East but beautiful in an 8oz cup—the largest a cap should be imo.

Overall, we really liked this place. I know there are others, but we haven’t been to them. We were staying at a nearby hotel. If it weren’t for Google, I would have assumed this was a well done one off shop. I loved the vibe and comfy chairs. And the sign on the wall that, judging by pics, changes from time to time.

Definitely recommend this place for those who appreciate coffee with a more authentic feel.

Great place that's not afraid to play some 70's rock full albums. Not just the hits. Was nice to hear an entire David Bowie LP. Service was with a smile, knowledge and friendly. At first I thought, oh no not another sterile strip center coffee joint. They proved me wrong. This is a comfortable atmosphere but you better like cow hide. Tip: you can park at Marquis II and there's not supposed to be a problem. I did for almost two hours and nothing happened. Cheers

The female Barista was so rude ,guiding us by pointing by her finger without speaking a word to us even when she took the order , the coffee was good but I don’t think i will be back to ruin my mode by one unprofessional worker when I’m going out for coffee.
Her altitude should improve.

Coffee is amazing, place is super cute and relax, i think is a bit pricey but it is good quality coffee so I guess it’s worth it. Will definitely come back

Best Coffee In Houston! Using Locally Roasted Beans (Amaya for now, in a few weeks they’ll start using Cleo which are going to be roasted next door- can’t get any fresher than that). The Baristas strive to perfection in every shot/pour any less than that is not accepted, they are very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. Great ambiance. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!

Cavo has two locations, Greenway/Richmond and Bissonnet. I prefer the later due to the friendliness and service, and the more relaxed atmosphere. But both are great when it comes coffee and food, the food menue differs between the two.

Cavo has their own roasting company (Cleo Roasting), which is located next door to the Bissonnet location. Prior to using their own beans they used other local roasters. My last visit I could tell that they are getting a better hang of roasting their beans. The taste was very nice. When I visited in 1 January, shortly after they had opened their roasting company, I found the roast used for the espresso drink a bit sour. But the last three visits were more rewarding.

I believe this is a newer location for Cavo. The interior is nice. It has a pleasant aesthetic, and a decent number of seats for a place it's size. Additionally, the types of seating are varied. They have high chairs, booth seating, regular tables and a few armchairs for reading. There is free parking.

The coffee was very good, but be prepared to pay for it. Coffee averages $5-7 a cup for anything other than drip. They appear to specialize in slow brewing methods and single origin beans. You can get a V60, siphons, or even an aeropress (which I don't see at shops in Houston often). I had the aeropress, and it was great, but again it wasn't cheap. My drink was $5 and my 12oz mug was just under half full.

My wife had their loose leaf tea, and it was good as well. They have several different teas, both caffeinated and decaf. The tea was $4.50, but it was a whole pot that made several cups. In fact, my wife and I could've split the tea.

Overall, a great location, even if priced high. Space is good. They have a number of good brewing methods, and the coffee is well-prepared. Come here for quality, not quantity.

First time visiting. Interior is very nice with unique brewing and espresso equipment. I had a flat white and iced chia latte. Both very good. Customer service was excellent. Definitely going back.

Me and my friends came here on Saturday noon but it wasn’t crowded. Since I didn’t have breakfast, I ordered cinnamon sugar toast and a latte. The toast tasted delicious and the latte was good. The staffs are friendly and very nice. I will definitely come back!
