At Home

It was my 1st time at the store "At Home" from which I remembered the store previously years ago was garden ridge from where I live. Overall thought I was happy my sister mentioned to me of the items they have from their site. That today when I stop by I was like inside viewing and filling my cart within the two hours. I was happy with my purchases for my fall items. I'll definitely come back again for Christmas decorations and some home decor. 😊

I love this place, but it sure is dangerous for the wallet!! They just have so much stuff. I want to buy everything!! 😁

Love to browse this store, one of my favorites. Beautiful things in every department. This store is always neat and clean, staff is always helpful.

This place has a great variety of home decor. Well organized. However, when I went to use a 10% discount coupon they said the register was not taking the coupon because it was a one time use. I visited this store for the past month minimum 5 times. Other competitors, as long as the coupon has not expired it is good to use it as many times as you want. That has been my experience in other retail stores. After all, if you want my business, especially during Christmas time, does 10% of a $240 one day sale hurt your earnings so much that you can't afford to re-use a coupon? That 10% usually covers taxes. Now I learned that I will have to plan my visit to this store if I want to use a one time use coupon. Otherwise, expect to pay regular price or visit another retailer that does not have this issue. By the way, a different location honored the coupon the day before with no hesitation. It didn't happen in this store even after asking today.

I really enjoyed shopping here. There are so many attractive and unusual pieces that it's hard to take it all in. A single shopping trip will have you hooked. Beautiful decorator items, awesome prices. Worth the trip with out a doubt!

I love huge stores like this, but it seems to be pretty empty and unorganized. I’ve found some good stuff in there, but everything just seems randomly placed and a lot of 1of1 items. Not a huge inventory for such a big store space. I hope that changes.

I love shopping at At Home, but the customer service at this particular location is honestly horrible. I wanted to purchase a marble coffee table as well as a marble accent table. Both were super heavy. I asked an employee if I could please get some help with the tables in the back and she honestly looked annoyed that I had asked and told me to go ask at the register. Waited in line and the young woman at the register called and requested for me to be helped in the back. I wanted by the tables for 10 minutes And no one came. I went back to the front and waited in line again. Cashier called for help again. Waited another 10-15 minutes and no one came. So I walked throughout the store and the only person willing to help me was an elderly employee. I only wanted for her to call another employee because I knew the tables would be too heavy for her. She insisted she help anyway. I could have done it myself, however I had my 2 month old and 7 ye old sons with me. I ended up just getting the marble accent table aloneand said I'd come back another day with my husband to purchase the coffee table because I just didn't want to make it too hard on her. This kind employee helped me bring the table to the front to check out. No one helped me take the table to my car. I pushed the cart with my son's car seat and other purchased items in one hand and in the other, I pulled the long cart with the heavy accent table. Just horrible. I was honestly just so tired by the end of it.

Love this place the only thing I would recommend is be thoughtful of your customers and as a customer be thoughtful of others the store is huge and the mobile carts are never charged there was a elderly lady waiting for a cart to charge in the breeze way I went in. when I left she was still waiting. That's terrible do better

We like going here. They have some very nice items. Alot of Christmas trees to choose from. Probably the largest selection out there. We find them to be a bit pricey. We have rarely bought stuff there. Would not discourage anyone from going there because they have nice items. Usually very clean in there. Most mess is from customers picking through the items and making a mess. Hard to prevent that and stay on top of it. Go check it out prices may not be bad for higher incomes.

Hard to get out of here with only 1 item. Large selection of items for decorating all year long.
