Placing an online order for pickup at this store was a nightmare! Before purchasing the item I was interested in, the site stated it can be picked up in 2 hrs. After 2 hrs of placing the order….I didn’t receive any updated information therefore I called the store. I initially spoke with Natalia, she informed me that she’ll have the order ready in 10 mins which was perfect due to me already being in route to the store’s location. As I was pulling into the parking lot, she calls me back to let me know they didn’t have the item I purchased. At this point I’m annoyed at the situation, but hey it’s not her fault. I then asked her how would she/the store provide me with the discount code I used while purchasing my order. I no longer had the actual code because I trashed it after I placed the order. She insisted she couldn’t give me 1, that they themselves don’t have codes in store (which is a lie), and that if I chose to go to another location I should just explain the situation (her not taking in consideration I PURCHASED THE ITEM ONLINE!). I insisted on talking to a manager, she initially lied and stated no one was above her to speak to until I pressed the issue. She was completely dismissive and had an attitude. While waiting I asked for a corporate number because at this point it’s about the principle. Again she chose to lie and state there wasn’t one as if Google didn’t exist. Collin proceeds to get on the phone, claims he’s a manager and lies about corporate info as well until I verbally called out the number. Mind you I was ONLY asking for something in writing via text/email that I did in fact have a discount and due to the store canceling my order my discount should be useable despite me NOT having the actual code. He insisted I email them which DOESN’T fix the issue immediately ESPECIALLY when a customer is STILL wanting to spend money at an At Home store. At Home needs to fix their generated emails that are sent to customers with cancelled online orders. If that’s not possible, the store REALLY needs to put a different protocol in place because dealing with a rude and dismissive employee is NOT ok.

First time visiting here though I've passed it a few dozen times. Interesting store, well priced, an array of home, kitchen, bath, decor, furniture, etc. However a lot of misplaced items on shelves, bare shelves and no staff on the floor to help. Was about to buy a bamboo lantern then saw two more next to it that were broken and still on display so that quickly changed my mind.

Really enormous so great selection. However beware! I bought an over the door hanger and the AtHome price sticker was covering the original price. Didnt realize until I pulled the sticker off at my house that AtHome charged me more than the original suggested retail value. I thought it was a place to get good deals and save money, not spend more. Maybe I am wrong.

I visited Houston and stumbled upon this store “googled decor stores”. Once I visited I was amazed and in love due to them having everything you can dream of for your home. I drove to my city that night, looked online to buy the things that couldn’t fit in my SUV. That’s when I seen you can only pick up items in store or have them delivered locally!!!! Which is why I’m disappointed! Why can’t I get items shipped to me!!!! Please get shipping for everyone!!!! But I will be back just with more space or U-Hal next time!

I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service at this store. This is one of the largest if not, the largest AtHome store in the Houston area and the Servpro lack there of sucks. I’m not joking. I spent over $300 on decor for my office, including a vintage flip calendar. Today is the 01 August and I discover that the zero is missing.
I called the store and the young lady who I spoke with gives me every sign that she doesn’t want to help me. She even had the nerve to tell me that they will not hold the replacement calendar until tomorrow at the end of the day. Why not? It’s not my fault it’s missing a freaking number in the calendar.
Then, the day I made the purchase, the young manager lady act like she didn’t want to apply my 10% coupon.
I do not know these people. What’s with the attitudes? I’m overly friendly to them and I don’t have to be.
What is going on? I think the staff is taking our business for granted. Shopping for decor is a luxury, not a necessity. You need business to have job security.

Lots of selection; can easily spend a couple of hours going through all the isles. I love going to see their holiday decorations. Prices are affordable.
