I just got email back from Home Store Customer Service telling me that I can return umbrella if 60 days or less of my purchase.
I bought this patio outdoor umbrella believing advertised
‘fade resistant fabric’.

I emailed Customer Service that this umbrella should have lasted more than 60 days.
I wouldn’t buy umbrella they make.

They had opportunity to make this write. Instead $69.00 cost them this review. It’s a shame. They lost me as a customer.

My family loves going here for the holiday decorations.

Excellent stores with all home items..We spent about 4 hours to view,select and finalize..
So many,so many choices to empty your card or wallet.
Try once,you will enjoy shopping here for of course,for your HOME

There's tons and tons of things here to help spruce up you home, office, or neighbors house! Lol. I love talking with the assistants they are always Soo cool, fun, and helpful. It's appreciated! The store is well organized and the pricing is pretty spot on. It's rarely ever bustly so I hope more people start taking a few minutes to check them out. Great stuff and great pricing!

I shop here often. If you can't find something you LOVE I would be surprised. The store has something for everyone. The store stock changes all the time. If you see something you want you better get it then or it will be gone!

I very large and well organized store. Not a lot of help from any employees.The store can be a little overwhelming. Most of the anything in clearance is broken or damaged in some way. The art or picture area has a great selection

UPDATE: again, two checkers right before Christmas!!!! The store is a disaster zone. And don’t trust their inventory online for curbside pickup. I made that mistake, waited 24 hours only to find out they didn’t have what I needed in stock. What a nightmare! I will NEVER give this store another chance!

I had bought a floor lamp last which broke down in couple of month , went back to the store in Katy and got the same style again. About few days back this lamp breaks again from the same place .Today I went back to the store but no one was ready to help me even the store manager Omar refused to do anything about exchange or refund .I asked the the girl on the counter to to give me the telephone number and the name of the senior manager and they refused to give me that information. I am completely disappointed with this bad customer service and bad attitude.

Great place to get inspired. From throw pillows to yard art. Tons of unique items. Love just browsing.
