This restaurant rocks! Great food and great service. They always make the best Mickey Mouse pancakes for my daughter. Faith, the owner, is a truly wonderful person and cares so much about not only her restaurant and her workers but about the Gainesville community. Love everything about this place!

Great and very friendly place!
My husband and I were traveling and decided to try this place out. We were not disappointed. He had the two eggs and meat breakfast that came with biscuits and gravy. I had the breakfast special, the French toast was delicious! I also ordered grits on the side it was all very yummy!
You go in and seat yourself. They were very busy but they didn’t miss a beat. There was plenty of team work going on. We were greeted right away and our drink order taken quickly and with a big smile. I’d highly recommend this place

You seat your self, but all the available tables were dirty and no one was clearing them. So we cleaned the table ourselves and had to wave down a waitress to take the dirty dishes. They took a while to get to us but the food was alright. The toast under the hot steak sandwich was burnt, then coated in a heavy covering of gravy. And the fries were the size of railroad steaks. Our waitress was very nice so that was a plus.

We stoped by at this cute little place on our way to winstar casino. It was an amazing experience. The ambiance of this place was amazing with big chandeliers with nice religious slogans on walls. We had their 3 egg breakfast with no meat and 1 egg break fats with meat, and oh my god, it was amazing!!! Eggs tasted amazing, hash browns were perfect and my husband had the best coffee he has ever had so far.. at this place!!! We also got some biscuits with gravy and sausages... they were off the hook!!! Best sausage and gravy I r tried anywhere ever!!! This place has some of the best pies as well..... we tried their their apricot pie.... and my god .... we finished it in few seconds, it tasted that goood 😋😋!!! Please give this place a try if you're wanting to have a great brunch!! Service was good too. The place gets a little busy so you might end up waiting a little before server gets to you but it's worth the wait and service is good once they get to you 😊😊

The atmosphere here is always great & the staff is always friendly. I have been several times since moving out here mid last year & even took several of my staff members when they were out hanging w/me a Sunday a while back & they loved it too. The fried pies are addicting! Love grabbing a few of those to go when I eat here!

We loved this restaurant. Fabulous staff, knowledgeable, wonderful attitudes, very knowledgeable and friendly . The food was great quality and quantity. It all tasted delicious with a great presentation. Our waitress, Makalie was one of the best we've had. We highly recommend you visit there. We can't wait to try our fried pie later on this evening. We are definitely adding this restaurant to our list of faves in the area.

We went in today for the first time. It was obvious they were short staffed, with only two ladies running orders, and one dishwasher that we could see. The ladies were running around trying to get to everyone for orders, bus tables, and food running. After about 30 minutes I figured our order never got put in. Our waitress confirmed this pretty soon after. As she explained she’d put it back in “on the house”, she also told us it was her cafe, and she was down 6 people. We declined to reorder, only because we had 3 small, hungry children who were already being so patient with no food. You can’t get a meal cooked in a family restaurant as quick as the Schlotzsky’s down the street, or we would’ve stayed and waited for our order to be restarted. She offered us to come back another time “on the house”, but we don’t live close enough to know when we’d be back. All this to say, I was really looking forward to trying the old fashioned burgers, the hand battered onion rings, and the hamburger steak. If and when we’re back in Gainesville, we will try again to eat here. I’d rather support a small business than a chain.

These are the real deal! North Texas best homemade pies, fresh and fabulous. Better than y
grandma's. Hands down you will not be disappointed in these delicious delights! Great little cafe tucked around the corner from the Red River along the Texas State Line.

They were completely packed when we went and I can see why. Very affordable for a great bite to eat. The fried pies are amazing, definitely coming back to try more of those.

It was ok. I mean it was breakfast. Not the greatest but was ok. Better than doing fast food. But was kinda disappointed beings everything I read was best in Gainesville so I expected more I guess. But prices were great and the service was really good as well. Not bad food at all just not the greatest either
