The coffee, snacks, and treats are SO EFFING GOOD. Like, dangerously delicious yet simultaneously worth every calorie.
Also I LOVE the new shop's atmosphere. They have many seating options and outlets all along the walls which make it great for anyone looking for a cool place to study. The staff are all so kind and a true pleasure to chat with!
My go-to is the Bee's Knees iced latte and their HOMEMADE OATMEAL CREAM PIES! 😋

I’m here on business travel and I found this place via the stellar reviews. What a gem! Hip and modern look inside and out with excellent food and coffee choices. Funny enough my route took me by a nearby Starbucks which was backed up out into the road, yet Sweet Jayne’s is just a minute away. Skip that other place and come to SJ’s; you’ll be so glad you did! I tried the quiche, pecan bar, spicy pig biscuit and of course the amazing coffee. Wow! You have to try this place. So good!

We consider Sweet Jayne’s better than Starbucks. Why risk the danger of waiting on California Street to gain access to the overcrowded Starbuck’s line when you can drive a block to Sweet Jayne’s for better coffee, tea and pastries plus support local business while saving money?

Cute coffee shop / bakery. Wonderful food and fantastic coffee. Great place to grab breakfast, lunch, or just meet up with a friend. Wish I lived closer so I could go all the time!

So we were passing through Gainesville with a quick stop at the park for the kids. Well we wanted some coffee so I thought let's try this place out. Our coffees were great. That oatmeal creme pie cookie though. OMG. Delicious! And the employees were very nice. We will come back for sure!

Sweet Jaynes is one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots! Everything is absolutely amazing!! My favorite items currently are the spicy pig with a cold brew coffee and of course the lunch box chicken salad with a lemon bar! I wanted to try something new today, strawberry shortcake, and it did not disappoint!! You can’t go wrong trying anything!! Truly a blessing to have in Gainesville and just the perfect little spot Gainesville has been needing! The staff and owner are so friendly and they always have a smile on their face!! Highly recommend! My family and I are hooked and LOVE this place!!! ❤️

Clearly a professional chef involved here. Phenomenal flavors with balance, spice, and exquisite execution. Truly a diamond in the rough. A must try for anyone passing thru town. You won't find better. Take my advice and take home a pound of pimento and a pound of grape chicken salad.

Everything about Sweet Jayne's is 10 out of 10! Let me start with the coffee. I am a coffee connoisseur and drink coffee everywhere I go. Sweet Jayne's is by far the best lattes Gainesville has ever had. They are the perfect mix of sweet and coffee taste. I have tried a few different ones on different days and they always have a consistency and taste amazing! Not to mention her baked goods and lunch boxes are super convenient and taste great. I have never had anything bad here.

I love this place. They specialize in all things that bring joy to my life… coffee, chocolate chip cookies, macaroons and girl time on Friday mornings. I can’t say how blessed our little town is to have such an exceptional bake shop.

I found out about this place from word of mouth and followed them on Facebook. I am in love. I had tried two types of chicken salad: bacon ranch and honey cranberry. They are both sooo good. Then I tried their oatmeal cream pies. I am in trouble. These things were the best ever! Slightly crunchy outside cookies with chewy centers and delicious icing in the middle. Oh em gee. Little Debbie is a disappointment now. Please try this place, you won’t be disappointed.
