We love Sweet Jayne’s! Thanks to my awesome coworker’s and friends for turning us on to her amazing pimento and cheese. We try to grab lunch there any time we are traveling through Gainesville,Tx. She also has cookie decorating classes. I just took my first one and now I am hooked.

Such an amazing experience in the Beginners cookie decorating class. Carri is such a great teacher and makes it so easy and FUN for everyone! Also love all the products I have tried from the bakery!!

Carrie and her crew are amazing. They produce different but amazingly good bakery items as well as chicken salad and a pimento cheese with a kick. Thanks Carrie for all you do!

I attended Carri’s beginner’s cookie class yesterday and left so enlightened! Carri keeps no secrets when sharing her tips and tricks from her 22 YEARS decorating cookies.
I will definitely be returning for the intermediate level class!

Not only is the bakery a true gem, but the owner and family along with her staff are all jewels💎! We love all of the goodies here. I also love the fact that the menu changes so we can try new things too!

THE best small town bakery around and I am so glad that she chose Gainesville to open up her shop! I have many of her baked goods from cupcakes, cookies, macarons and fudge and just recently took a cookie class and she NEVER disappoints!
