Perfect country breakfast joint for our road trip. I had the hog and eggs and my guy had the breakfast sandwich. Both were so good. The eggs were cooked perfectly for both, the breakfast sausage patty was delicious, and hash browns were crispy and flavorful. Everything was greasy but who doesn’t love grease? Service was excellent. See pics!

Absolutely the best burger my wife has had in West Texas and she is very picky! The onion rings are spectacular! My green chili omlett was stuffed with goods and the hash browns were just toasty enough. Often the H/B'S are over looked. We will be back !@

What a wonderful restaurant! Food was amazing (outstanding country-fried steak) and service was super friendly. And the restaurant has amazing and unique indoor decorations that we ended up browsing for quite some time.

Great place in Ft. Stockton. Walked in and were ignored for about ten minutes and then a waitress rushed over and seated us and was great after that. Attentive and friendly.
Really good burgers, killer onion rings and even that salad was pretty good. Solid place to stop at!

I like to stop here whenever I come through Ft. Stockton. Come to think of it, sometimes I come through Ft. Stockton TO stop here. First really good country breakfast with biscuits and (very good) gravey I've found east of El Paso. Staff is friendly and seems like a cool place in general. I'm looking forward to overnighting sometime to check out the bar and evening food options.

This is a great little mom and pop place to eat if you live in Fort Stockton or just passing through. The waitress was very attentive and nice , the cook even came out of the kitchen to ask if he had prepared our meal to our liking’s. The owner Dallas was also very nice , he came over and chatted with my husband . It’s such a friendly atmosphere. Not to mention the food was amazing . It’s hard to get such great service these days and to have such yummy food on top of that made for a good travel home. Thank you Sagebrush Cafe for a great experience, I highly recommend eating here !

Had high hopes for some country cooking from scratch like the sign says. Unfortunately the gravy on my fried chicken was Pioneer brand with a shaker full of salt added. Was almost too salty to eat and I like salt. My husband ordered the hamburger steak medium rare and it came almost raw. The server didn't check on us till we were done but did make it right by removing the dish from the bill, so there's that. I wonder if my husband's comment about if the health department saw this they'd shut you down was part of the willingness to deduct the dish. In all fairness, she did say that the cook had made one that was overcooked so he tried again. Maybe a third middle ground would have worked. We'll never know as I doubt we'll pass this way again.

On our visit to tombstone, of course we had to stop at this little cafe. First right on the edge of town, we were able to find parking right in front of it. It's fairly small, and yes there's a lot of locals here in addition to tourists like myself. My wife and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The waitresses and waiters were all happy and easy to converse with. Food came quickly, was very well priced, and delicious to boot. If you're in tombstone, I know there are a number of places where you can eat. This could be a great place for you. Definitely, two thumbs up!

We loved this place. The owner actually prepared our food and came out to chat with us. My big breakfast burrito was really big and made correctly as I requested. It was delicious. It was so huge I had to cut off about 1/3 of it to share with my hubby! The hash brown serving was large too and perfectly browned. Loved them. Gary loved his food too. Our meals were ready for us quickly. It was so good, we both ate every bite! The owner has made this a great place to go get a hearty breakfast at a reasonable price. Decorated with quaint and charming old time signs and antiques. Wish there were more mom and pop places like these around. It is a jewel and a must stop in if you are traveling through Ft. Stockton. We definitely will if we are traveling around there and one last comment, never saw such huge padded benches in restaurant booths. Very spacious and comfortable to spread out and enjoyed home cooked food! We left stuffed to the gills. 😋

The gal who served us was bubbly and fun to chat with but she also took care of all her customers. The morning cook checked on us at the beginning of his shift. The food was cooked very well. Prices are fair, too. There is room for RVers to pull in And turn around. Good place for breakfast!
