Great place to stop and eat. Their steak fingers were very good. Friendly service.

Fort Stockton is officially where service goes to die but Dallas and his crew at Sagebrush are doing their best to disprove this notion. Stop eating at corporate chain restaurants and support the local guy. Food is great. Staff are friendly. Keep hustling Dallas. I’m rooting for you!

Lunch dinner was very good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you 😊

Reviews DEFINITELY oversell this place. If this is the best food in town that is a sad state of affairs.. Service non existent,, we waited one hour for two omelets with no interaction with waitstaff. I think they tried to over accommodate for the wait by adding triple cheese to the omelet, I had to scrape it off, otherwise it was quite tasty.

Dear Google, do you have a 6th star? Awesome, authentic, hand made original recipes. NOTHING frozen including the wing, cheese stick, or onion ring apps. I went with their philly cheese steak, can't go wrong. Family had burgers, fresh ground in house. Fresh hand cut sweet potato fries. Even their salsa made in house. $4 tall Mic Ultras. Family of 3 on a coast to coast trip for less than $45.

We stopped here for breakfast and were very disappointed.
The place wasn’t very busy but there was a table sitting there dirty the whole tome we were in the restaurant. Granted there seems to be only one waitress but like I said, it wasn’t busy.
Decor is dated and the bathrooms were not clean despite the early hour.
We ordered a breakfast sandwich to share and two coffees. Waited about 20 minutes for the sandwich and it was okay at best and on the oily or greasy side. I ate 1/4 and pushed it away. Wife took one bite and that was it for her.
Waitress came around at about the 30 minute mark to refill our long empty coffees.
Poor service, poor cleanliness, poor cooking. Would have given zero stars if that was an option.

After being on the road for 1,800 miles I did NOT want another burger but it was late, I wanted to go crash at the hotel, and nothing else on the menu sounded like it would land well on my already complaining stomach.
When I say this was the BEST burger I’ve ever had, I am not exaggerating. The gal who took my order said that the buns were house made, must be some Angels working in that kitchen because that meal was Heavenly!

Met the general manager in Walmart-thanks to him comenting on our Elvis shirts and he suggested that if we were hungry to try his restaurant. We were-we did and the food and service were fantastic. Jim told Ellie (the waitress) that if we didn't live in Florida, we'd be regulars.
